The US is very similar to Russia. It has very rich states and very poor states.

Moscow has a per capita GDP of >$50000, and there are Russian states with less than 5000. The US has states with >$50000 and states (that look like developing country) with ~25000-30000.

The American elite is intentionally ruining the American people for their own profit. They want the common American people to be scared, uneducated, unhealthy, stressed and similar because that makes them so much easier to control.

There are many intentional ways of ruining the American people, like the terrible public education (elementary/high schools) with the goal to make the common Americans unable to realise their political and social situation which makes them naive.

Then Americans trust government sources like CNN and BBC. Meanwhile, the elite remains educated in their overpriced schools.

And the political system is even worse, there is basically one way, the Democrats and Republicans have little real differences and are more like an illusion of a dynamic political system. Democrats are right-wing, Republicans are far-right, almost fascist.

Then there's the health care, the elite has itself secured while the commoners suffer the most expensive healthcare in the world, yet one among the worst among developed countries.

The elite also makes sure to enforce a belief that state health care would be un-American and communist, and we all know communists eat babies, right?

Meanwhile, American medical alliances, completely private organisations who are the ones in control of medical licenses make sure that there is a low number of doctors in order to make their salaries ridiculously high.

Anyways OP America is a HUGE nation, it's diverse, it has fucking everything. Nothing wrong with desert that's just natural land like anything else. Natural disasters? Yeah so, that's a fact of life, and we handle them well for the most part. Lacking basic services? That's rare.

Rampant inequality? It doesn't matter, who cares if the guy at the top has a lot of money when everyone else is doing well too for the most part. Everyone being poor doesn't sound any better, even though it is more equal.

Governments are corrupt and horrible everywhere, European countries are going in debt and they don't even have a military to support.
