The pose overall still looks kind of weird, but I guess it's better. What I really have a problem with is the far arm. Not only does it look kind of weird because it looks like her far arm is going into her other hand, but the way it is now, I can't imagine her hand resting on her hip that way.

I like your process, but you need to plan it. The flower in hair is a vintage look, so I figured a sweethart top with polka dots reflects it. Also, Her hands could better be used to pick a flower, so it matches her hair piece and make her less boring.

But i think the boobs perspective were weird and her face is kinda flat.
