Well, one of the things that annoyed me the most was your incapability to colour inside the lines...

The way you shade shows limited knowledge of light/shadow rendering and is flat or just done to please yourself.

If you follow the line of the right arm (his right arm) before the sleeve they're incompatible and somehow he must have some extra joint going on.

Also, try doing your own background instead of ripping one off.

Other than that it's pretty standard animu and you should really try to move on from that.
