anyway you look up to people that can only do a certain niche, ask them for anything else and they fail hard. Keep to traditional mediums. I work in the motion picture industry and its gotten to teh point where places will hire you based on your sketch book. why? because you can train people how to use digital programs ect easily. Lucas Arts hired a friend of mine based just on his sketch book, they were more interested in his traditional skill then digital. So now i always keep my sketchbook and supplies in my car were ever i go. Like last night at new years i got trashed but i took out my sketch book and drew people, then did all sorts of wierd shit with water colors / markers. its fun, keep on drawing.

Fuck off and try your hand at something where you don't have unlimited options for revision because that's where skill and dedication deviate. Sure you may be able to create a decent painting after months and months of touch ups with acrylics (however most use straight from the tube boring ass colours anyway...) but if your working with a less forgiving medium and create beautiful pieces in the limited space provided, well shit then that's skill, and talent and not just dedication.

The next would be the cloth hanging from her tits. There must be some shitty digital effects going on there, because I honestly can't tell if it's cloth or rock. If it is supposed to be cloth (I honestly can't tell) then this artist is absolute shit at rendering it. But what stands out to me, mostly, is the use of the dodge tool instead of the paintbrush.
