First be confident that a webcomic is what you want to create. Then write down some ideas. When you have an idea you like(even if it's not the best, envision it, then sketch what you see. If you like what you see, then use it for the final.
Some people can just draw and not give a fuck. Others have to plot&plan in order to stay on track. I'm a plot&plan type. Except I use /i/ to vent my perversions.

Humor is a bell curve, Too subtle or Too obvious and the joke doesn't connect. also, no in-jokes.

You want to make a webcomic? take the first object you can tthink of and humanize or animate it. then think about everything else, absurdity will help you concentrate.

Maybe deep inside you really want to draw about your fetishes. Maybe you are not completely honest with yourself when you are about to think about drawing said fetishes and show them to others. Maybe the whole "I can't find inspiration" is just a concealed cry of frustration, just because you can't find anything to justify what you really want to draw to the public.

It's not uncommon to care drawing only about your favorite fetishes in this day and age. People care surprisingly little about any of the daily events they experience in their daily lives, especially if you sit in front of the computer all day long and when the good faps tend to be the highlights.

Just saying.

Want to write a good story?

A highly motivated protagonist + a strongly desired goal (like a life or death thing) + obstacles that bar the path to that goal = PLOT

Also with comics you could just make it a gag-a-day kind of thing with minimal continuity--you see those a lot.
