You
don't need to be an artist to be able to tell when art is bad. You
don't have to be able to make art better than the piece in question to
prove that your opinion has worth. Just because a person can't draw, or
at least make art better than another picture, it doesn't mean that you
are unable to tell when it needs work.
It's a common thing
brought up on /ic/ and even /i/, and I was only pointing it out. I'm not
the original anon that said it was freakish, I don't think it is, the
sage was only a polite one for lack of contribution and the fact that
the OP has another thread they've been drawing more pictures in.
However, I've seen you say that "I'd like to see you do better" often
and it annoys me for the reasons stated above. It's childish and
completely illogical. |
