I tried to grab some quick references while I was drawing. The references helped a bit, but it's still off. The male's hand is not even realistic. I was going for a realistic look for the male, so that was a problem.
I was satisfied with Nana's bangs until I colored them. The color made them look like textured blocks. I wanted more realistic cum as well. Instead I draw a cartoonish goop. And I don't even know what going on with the eyelashes.
Aside from those details, it's mostly just things like wishing for cleaner lines and better colors, and better shading technique.

I find that colored lines not only enhance the final product but also help with the creative process. Easier to find find form and issues, so to speak. Black lines don't feel 'alive' so I have trouble with them. I imagine that others work in a similar fashion. Try it if you haven't. I know, that's some pretty basic advice but I still hope it helps.

I tend to not draw here simply because shi-painter has such an unattractive layout. Drains both motivation and inspiration. I'd love to join in but I already know what would happen.

That's an interesting idea, especially for the potential of exploring the less-travelled pairings... Though, as for my own opinion, there's already so much rule 34 of SB out there, and I'd rather prefer to draw series and characters that don't get enough love from fanartists... but if people decide to choose SB as the new theme, I'll tag along :)

Also, I'll draw some Samus 34 if you want... but only if I get to draw her in *my* favorite costume - the good ole Justin Bailey :-p

It's a classic. But there are better versions out there. The original game didn't have as many features as later titles. By today's standards, it's not a good game to get into the series. If you have to go back, try Harvest Moon 64, a solid title with plenty going on. Alternatively, HM: Back to Nature(PS1), which is very similar to HM64 but with more features. There's Also HM: Friends of Mineral Town(GBA), which was released later than the previously mentioned titles. It has even more content.

The original game has it's own charm. It's quaint. But I must insist you try the GBA version. If you can run a SNES emulator, then you can run a GBA emulator. Simply go through the settings and make the graphics unfiltered. The default setting makes the pixels blend, but there is an option to remove the blending. The image will be as crisp as it should be, plus it's a lot easier to render. Try this emulator here.

Just go for it. Make a thread you want to make. Draw what you want to draw. If people support it, then that's nice. But if they don't, then at least you drew something that you enjoy drawing.(I nominated a HM thread, but can I put in 5 more votes?)

For some reason I can't resume a drawing from clikcing on the source and then to the picture i drew. Oekaki doesn't load anything for me.
Anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it?

Thanks for the advice! However, my old comp isn't just an old comp... it's an old _Mac_! :) So, it's even more difficult to find good emulators for it. However, thanks to your advice, I accidentally found another GBA emulator, that works on my system! So, thanks a lot! :D The bad news is, it's very glitchy, and doesn't play some games (including, sadly, both HM games)... :(((

About new pics, new thread etc. Well... I'm pretty depressed atm in real life (it's girl-related), so I think I'll take a little break from oekaki'ing :((( However, I'll still visit this thread (and /i/ in general), as it really cheers me up. Thanks again for a great thread, you guys.

As for the new thread's theme... I've been thinking about that, and I think I found a solution. It's gonna be an "Under-34'd games & characters" thread. Which means, any vidya girls (or boys) that have a page or less in Paheal/Gelbooru. That way, it could include many of the ideas posted here (e.g., Harvest Moon, Rayman, Justin Bailey, etc.), and I'll get to draw some obscure character pr0n :) What do you think?
