it was actually very true to the book. I was afraid of the amount of the wife's content, but it was just right I think.

Cellar scene was more horrid in the film than what was imagined from the book.

There was only one noticeable change from that book that you will realize at the end. but far from major.

Otherwise, film was exquisite. But also just as depressing and sad as the book. The whole theater cried at the end, including me :3
