it's dislikes my MBR partition table and don't let me install with no reason explained
So I am boot with linux live distro and remove the boot flag from partition with my previous windows to install 8.1RP

That's a Start button, as people asked for it, they put it back. The problem is they should have thought that people wanted the Start MENU with it as well.

Its not anymore outdated than the start screen. Glanceable information such as live tiles are only REALLY useful when you're on a device that needs to have its screen off most of the time (as in smartphones), so as you press the power button you're put in a place where you can quickly be updated with everything as quickly as possible. In the case of desktop/laptops, most people will be on the computer constantly for longer periods, besides needing glanceable information when they start up the computer from this point on all new information is already instantly delivered to them via pop up or notification as they use the computer.

You don't know shit about UX design.

Everything else is just for browsing and commiting. I need functions like stashing, and stashing before pulling. You'd think these would be obvious features to put in a git frontend.

I also doubt there's a good program for resolving merge conflicts.

Not the command line, of course that works.
However, for browsing through commits, reversing commits, comfortably commiting certain changes and everything, you need some sort of GUI, unless you're a neckbeard with a mechnical keyboard on steroids.
