Well I can't see anything really WRONG necessarily, but two things that could really be a better choice:

If you plan on overclocking, go i5-3570k

And for your HDD, 3TB is way too much. If I was you, I would cut that down to 1 TB or maybe 2 TB if you REALLY think you'll need the space, and then get a 120gb SSD to speed boot times for windos/steam/origin.

It's not bad. View nitpicky points:

What does Ivy cost? In many places Haswell's price is still inflated, there is nothing wrong with getting Haswell so long as it isn't costing a lot more.

Get low profile RAM. Those big heat spreaders do nothing but can cause issues with large CPU heatsinks. You are preventing possible future incompatibility by getting low profile RAM and it has no drawbacks.

Do you really need 3TB? Remember large HDDs fail more often so if you are buying a 3TB HDD that is going to sit largely empty then you should get something with less capacity.

750w is fairly massive overkill. 500w would be ore than enough. I'm not sure what the competition is priced like where you are buying from but generally the EVGA is pretty expensive compared to it's competitors.
