Hey /g/

I have 8GB of RAM installed, but it looks like the task manager is saying it's only using 2GB of it. Am I reading this wrong?

Also, my PC is only idling, should it be using 1.3 - 1.6 GB to just idle?

Also, I am using a 64 bit OS.
