Probably some switch or cable on your motherboard.
Grab the manual of your motherboard and recheck everything.

Also, a computer company can probably piece your shit together for a few euros.

Also had this problem, including a 1:1 copy of the PC with all the components. It was the mobo.

This. Dell can play with itself.

Just make sure the PSU is plugged into the motherboard properly - sometimes some plugs are bit difficult to seat so you have to push them down with a little bit of force.

Do a minimal build (just mobo+cpu+heatsink+psu), connect the internal speaker, see what happens. Then add ram, fans, gpu, hdd, optical - one after the other

Take a picture of your motherboard. 9/10 chance you forget the cpu power or something.

did you plug the power button on the case into the motherboard?

did you plug the 4-pin cpu power cable in?

did you plug the cpu fan in?

are all the cards and ram seated correctly in their slots?

is the motherboard raised on standoffs?

did you plug the 24-pin psu connector correctly into the motherboard?

have you tried a second psu?

have you checked the fuse on the mains-psu cable?

If it doesn't POST then it's a problem with the motherboard. No need to send everything back.

I had this problem when I built my first PC as well. Issue was with the PSU, worked when I got a new one.

Post pics. Try the mobo+cpu+ram+psu combo outside the case and see if it starts.

send the mobo back and say it was faulty. it will be tested, if it is faulty then you get a new one and your build will work. if it was not broken then repeat this procedure with every other component.

start with the mobo though. happened to me before as well.
