English dentists, even if you do manage to find an NHS dentist, are *not* free.
They charge much less than private dentists, and there's a maximum charge for any one course of treatment, but they do charge.
That charge is waived for some people; pregnant women, people on certain (but not all) benefits, etc etc. |
