That notice is an automated alert from YouTube. Their software now examines the content of videos and automatically flags suspect stuff. If UMG themselves had issued a DMCA takedown notice then your video would be gone entirely (and your account may have been suspended too). That's what you get for posting it on YouTube, the site that has no problem pissing all over the users for even perceived slights against copyright laws.
