    open the m3u file [by clicking the text of the stream you want to watch] in vlc. give 2-3 sec to buffer depending on your connection and it should play fine. stop by the IRC via the embedded chat if you have any questions/requests.

    The thing about LeanPockets is that there was, in reality, no actual food in them, and it was this fact that enabled them to fit the "lean" specification. At one point I switched to some other brand and they were awesome. Retained 2 minute microwaveable properties, yet provided substance.
