    OP here, that pic is SLiM login manager (Simple LogIn Manager). You can apply any theme you want to it. It's not bound to any desktop environment.

    This is excluding vista which will cost you another 100. It is also excluding the 3 120mm fans that I already purchased for the antec 500. Also, you don't need that power supply unless you plan to crossfire. Which is what I plan on doing. You can cut the price of that drastically by getting a cheaper 550w one.
