Looks like the Razer Naga to me...

I would stay away from both, as cleaning the spaces between the buttons is impossible to clean.

Don't. I am about to purchase one even after seeing this. It has enough buttons that you are really never left wanting for more. Only bad thing about it is the "toggle mouse wheel" mode button, instead of it just being automatic on faster spins like their revolution mouse.
