I would, personally and I haven't ever used a MAXX in real life. Nexus's are alright but theres so much bloat when it's supposed to be "pure ics". The camera is awful compared to my 2 year old iPhone 4. Battery is a fucking joke as well, my friend uses his Nexus to watch netflix for 20 minutes a day, and updates google reader religiously every 15 minutes. He can barely make it to 4PM, even with juice defender. WP7 is a baby OS right now, not saying it's a bad OS, but it's still in it's early stages. I also heard a rumor that WP8 is not coming out for the current WP7 phones.

I haven't been throttled to my knowledge. I actually see an increase at times when I am downloading large files, almost like they want it off their network as soon as possible. I never have had a problem with them calling me out for piracy as well. They are a pretty cool ISP their speeds are just crap.
