Why is there no simple way to make money on the internet?

Bitcoin mining used to be good, but as far as I know it's pretty much dead now and with electricity costs you can't make any profit at all.

    >Why is there no simple way to make money on the internet?
Because the internet is primarily a medium to get information or consume media.

Most people on the internet do this in their free time and they have no money to spend. Work has bad pay "because India". You have to pay only a fraction of the same money and get the same service.

Your best bet would be to exploit the "get information" thing, since in developed countries, almost everyone has a computer at home. Then many of them will look up services, esp. when they don't know where to get.

Mturk used to be okay, but I haven't seen a decent job on there in months.

I made 200 dollars in about two hours on there once. That was a great day. Some guy was paying 30 cents a job to click a few boxes and read a sentence. Took about 10 seconds to do each job, spammed it for a few hours, and made 200 dollars.

There is no point in mining anymore. Buying cards and leaving them mining 24/7 uninterrupted it would take too long for them to pay themselves off. If bitcoin isn't dead it's in a coma.

So let me attempt to interpret your twisted logic.

    1. Buy elite GPU to play gaems!
    2. Leave it running 24/7 to make $20 a month from bitcoin.

Why would you do this? You can't leave it running only half of a day, that would cut your profit by 50%. So, basically, you bought the card to mine anyway since you can never fucking do any 3D rendering with that shit. Fuck outta here, retard.

In my case, yes. I stopped playing video games years ago and I had a practically useless 5870 that I wasn't going to sell.

In other people's cases you can just turn the damn thing off the few hours you play video games. If you play video games for 12 hours a day every day then you probably need to find a job instead of looking into bitcoins.

That's why I listed the other case, which is what most people do. You do realize mining for bitcoins doesn't make your system unusable right? You can still use it fine while it's mining.
The only time you'd really need to turn it off is when you play video games, and even then you can still just change a value on the mining program to give it very low priority compared to the video game.

astropid is a site that gives you PID (product IDs for electronics and other items.)

so lets say you have a PID for beats by dr dre.

you go to the beats website, go to customer suport and basically say your beats shipped DOA or something like that they usually ask you for the PID of the betas. thats when you give them the PID from astroPID. then they usually send you a free replacement or a refund.

this is called "social engineering" and is risky unless you have an adress for a empty house for them to deliver the replacement product.

another social engineering technique is called e whoring, which basically means going to chat rooms, pretending to be a 15 year old girl, attracting old men, and you basically sell pictures of yourself to these guys. (you can easily just send them porn picture sets)

Really? I actually find it somewhat relaxing. I can do everything else that I would normally do, but just fill out the little captcha when it pops up on the side of the monitor. It's getting to the point that I do it on reflex and I don't even realize I'm filling it out.
