agree with what he gets, but I do not agree that what is said on
facebook can be cause to get a warrant, and a good lawyer could argue,
that much like here on 4chan, anything said on facebook should be take
as fiction and is not enough grounds for a warrant as they had it. I
could brag all day about having CP, but since they have no proof other
than what I said, its technically hearsay, since I could say a lot of
things, but they have NO other quantifying proof of anything, so I doubt
they could get a warrant based off of what I was saying in public.
facebook is the same concept. I can say what I want on there, its not
like it all has to be true, and since they had no other evidence except
what he said, which is what got them the warrant, i think it will get
tossed, because its not enough evidence to get a search warrant(under
any laws, they must have cause, and some kind of reason behind it, and
typically, internet postings has never been enough to get one, because I
could write about rape and murder, but it does not mean im doing it,
they would need other evidence to link me to it, and the writings would
become "circumstantial" as they *COULD* be related). I believe he can
get the warrant tossed, and thus, the case dismissed in one go if his
lawyer does it right.
