I made this up today. I'm trying to give it a name.

In a pan I putted tomato sauce, black pepper, bechamel sauce small pieces of meat.
Then I added red beans and hot sauce.

Then I poured the mix into a cacerole in the lasagna way. Kind of. Two layers.

    Hm, the deliciousness.

Not eating meat as a human is unnatural.

We were evolved to eat meat, we thrived because of it, and we continue to do so.

People who don't eat meat have to survive on unnatural (sometimes carcinogenic) supplements and other sub-par alternatives.

You got it right and it was in the link.
    >In fact, red meat is distinguished from white meat primarily based on the levels of myoglobin in the meat. The more myoglobin, the redder the meat. Thus most animals, such as mammals, with a high amount of myoglobin, are considered “red meat”, while animals with low levels of myoglobin, like most poultry, or no myoglobin, like some sea-life, are considered “white meat”.

    I read that, but no.
myoglobin is found in muscle tissue aka steak

    hemoglobin was the word
    >Hemoglobin is the principal determinant of the color of blood in vertebrates. Each molecule has four haem groups, and their interaction with various molecules alters the exact color. In vertebrates and other hemoglobin-using creatures, arterial blood and capillary blood are bright red, as oxygen imparts a strong red color to the haem group. Deoxygenated blood is a darker shade of red; this is present in veins, and can be seen during blood donation and when venous blood samples are taken.
