My family has had fatter cats.

15 year old cat that weighed 18 pounds. Didn't affect him at all.

Now my parents own a couple cats and a dog. One of them is Spooky, he's about 6-7 years old and about 15 pounds. He's as agile and nimble as the younger and skinnier cat they have. He's also takes the dog's bed from her.

He loves laps too, shit he just loves everything.

Thanks, find it way batter than those wannabe porn posters or anime chicks you usually see. I'm a sucker for vintage pinup girls and other retro crap. The guitars both have a pinup sticker(call it cheesy, I don't fucking care) and I have some other retro crap lying around like a 50's radio, a really old "portable" record player and amp(build into a sort of suitcase with the speakers acting as a lid) and ofc a working turntable with a fuck ton of old vinyl records.

Yeah I really enjoy mine, people hate on them because the sound isn't as good as expensive studio monitors, but as the other poster said, they are perfect for a uni room.

People also hate because its a 5.1 system and a lot of people have all 5 speakers in front of them; people fail to realise that some people don't have the space they would like, but would like to have the sound system for the possibility of a larger room or something, I mean I've been at uni now for 3 years and I've been in three very different rooms..

coloured everything... mouse, keyboard, computer... sacrificing usability within a price range for said lighting.

e.g. buying that model keyboard when you could've bought a significantly better mechanical for equal or less, minus the lighting.

software rice is sacrificing processing power and resources for unnecessary styling and designs that offer no global performance gains.

Its the logical outlook of, if it doesnt help a computers original purpose - productivity - why waste more money on it. Lighting just seems to be the main topic of rice atm what with being in fucking everything touted as "gamer" or "pro".

I was unaware that a sidewinder mouse and a G15 (which I replaced with a Das a week ago) were "bad gear" because they were lit. Both have served me quite well over the years.

As far as case lights, I don't see how that has any impact on my system specs. The lights are mostly coming from aftermarket fans, which move air just the same as a non-lit fan. Having a light doesn't take away from my cpu, gpu or ram in any way.

You're just mad yo case ain't got no alibi. It ugly.

no. The price for a lit fan that has the exact same specifications as a non lit one will be higher. As is the case for a lit keyboard to a non-lit one, a lit mouse to a non-lit one.

It isnt that theyre bad, its that their worse for value.

Software rice is the only thing that adversely effects performance, hardware effects your wallet

    First time posting.
I lay here most of the time since I hook up the computer to the HDTV most of the time for my korean animation. I have a cheap 5.1 speaker system, Portapros, Grado SR-60, the already mentioned TV, and pic related. Have about $2,000 saved for a desktop but haven't bought anything yet since I cycle between houses every week. Sure, I'm not paying for anything but I really want to move the fuck out already.

would you recommend the fubar IV (plus) for AKG 702 user? i was thinking of going for the FiiO E7/E9 combo but having a single solution would be far more welcome

I'm using the Denon D2000, which doesn't really need an amp. So I can't give you much there. But I can definitely hear a difference when using the DAC.

Absolutely, but this is because I have never liked the FiiO stuff, it just feels and sounds cheap to me. Even for the money.
Quite a fan of my Fubar IV Plus but it's holding back my system now as to why i'm upgrading.

I've got the little country III driving my 650s and RS1i now.
