a point of inquiry, because the bill also seeks to ban circumvention
technologies TOR because it can provide the same services as a DNS
server ( no to mention access ), could PGP cryptography also be on the
firing line?
I mean, it can be used to mask the contents of a
post that could provide a translation of a domain name into an address.
Doesn't this *technically* make any form of obfuscation including
cryptography illegal? |
