How old are you and do you still live at home?

    >dat feeling you live on your own and have to cook your own food everyday
    >cooking pasta, steak, salads, chicken, fish, etc every night
    >> Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ Apprentice Sysadmin of !GEnsOKyOwY 09/21/11(Wed)19:41 No.20148532
38, not really 'still' - moved out when I was 17, moved back in when I was 30 to help out my parents when my dad was ill.

Cooking for yourself is fun, cooking for someone else is nice and rewarding too

24, and no. I moved out the beginning of this year with my girlfriend and her (our) son.

It feels pretty good, I also enjoy cooking for myself and the little one.

22 and yes. If my saving stays on track I'll be out of here before I'm 24.

    18 since 14th September. I live alone.

    >that feeling when nobody will bother you with anything

22 and yes. I'm still waiting for my potential roommate to finish grad school. There's no way I can afford rent in the white parts of town with what I make now. Fuck living in the capital.

Also fuck cooking, I come home too tired for that to be rewarding.

If you don't cook or pre-made your cook, you'll be eating out at Mcdonalds or cooking microwave food all the time you're going to be one sad, fat fuck.

I think we should move in together so we can be as much NEET as possible in a NEET-hostile world.

I'm a few months away from 18 but my parents say that when I am, I would have to pay rent money (in my own house) or find a place elsewhere.

We're in for another major recession once the european bank crisis blows up. Years later, when that finally unwinds, the Great Boomer Die-Off will begin: empty houses errywhere. Unless half of Mexico moves north, we won't reach a supply/demand balance for a couple decades. Even longer if the gubmint decides to pull a china and start building empty apartment complexes in a desperate attempt to quell unemployment.

Sorry, friend, but things aren't going to be back to normal in the US housing market for a good, long while.

    19. Will be moving out of my parents place POTENTIALLY next week.

2 other guys (friends) and myself have found a place and I think we're going to move in together.

In fact, those two are already in. I'm just having second thoughts because I get an easy ride at home such as good meals cooked for me.

UK fagoot by the way if that makes any difference.
