in for another major recession once the european bank crisis blows up.
Years later, when that finally unwinds, the Great Boomer Die-Off will
begin: empty houses errywhere. Unless half of Mexico moves north, we
won't reach a supply/demand balance for a couple decades. Even longer if
the gubmint decides to pull a china and start building empty apartment
complexes in a desperate attempt to quell unemployment.
Sorry, friend, but things aren't going to be back to normal in the US housing market for a good, long while. |
