I usually throw them away but I've kept my power supply box and keep spare parts in it.

I keep the boxes for my MacBook Pro, iPhone 4, iPod 160GB Classic, Apple remote & Dock, Beats by Dre and DSLR just because they were far too nice to throw away.

I kept them, but lost all of them due to moving a lot.

depends on how much value the box contained.
usb wifi dongle box gets thrown away as soon as i open it, i still have the motherboard, 2500k, and gtx 570 boxes in case of rma/resell

Put them all in the case box.

Being a manchild has its perks.

Store them in a cupboard until the warranty expires. Usually keep my last mobo in my current mobo's box.

Put them on ebay and sell them. I regret throwing away my imac's box because people actually make profit off of those. Just wait for a macfag to bid on them.

Depends on the value/fragility/warranty.

I still have PSOne/PSX and Nintendo 64 boxes... Gameboy box as well.

If you ever need to resell something, offering 'in box' commands a premium.

I keep them in the attic. I have about 10 small ones in a bag USPS gave me one time when it was snowing out.
