There
are many different skin types, and not everyone should be using an
exfoliating product. OP try out using a facial cleanser and moisturizer,
and seriously ask a product lady to walk you through determining your
skin type, it's too hard for me to try it here so find someone in an
actual beauty product store like Aveda or a place that carries
Dermatologica to actually talk to you about this, and start yourself off
with JUST a cleanser and moisturizer, for skincare.
As for
shaving, you can get a close shave without all the heat, it's just that
the heat (either from the shower or a hot towel laid on your face for a
short while) will open up your follicles and allow the hair to come out a
little bit more than it normally would, resulting in a shave that lasts
longer. As stated, shave with the grain, and then against it, and
really look to see what direction the hair grows in, even along your lip
it can grow in multiple directions. Also, never go over an area without
cream, and try not to go over the same area again and again and again,
try a different angle rather than going right at it
Also, buy a disposable razor before indulging in anything. You can still get a decent shave with one of those |
