How do you stay thin, /fa/?

I'm slim but I have pretty muscular frame (most people assume I work out but I don't) and I'd like to get skinnier to look more /fa/.

What's your way? Just eating less and less?
    Post protips etc.

why would you try to stay thin? put on a little muscle, you'll look a lot better.

Some people are just built differently, I wouldn't worry about having some muscle, you probably can't and shouldn't really want to lose that.

What you can do is lose part of your body fat, that will help you look thinner, also... Avoid exercise... I guess...

    skinnier =/= fa

Good body proportion is better than being skinny.

Both ends of the bodyweight spectrum suck. All you need is a weight that supports your frame and doesn't change the proportions of your body.

Nah, your post works as well, I was just typing slow because I was doing something else inbetween. If I had seen yours before I typed, I wouldn't have posted at all, since you told him what I was thinking. etc.

you don't want to be skinny.

being muscular far surpasses being thin.

Wait wait wait.. You don't work out.. You claim to be slim.. And people assume that you work out? Either these "people" have a fucked frame of reference or you're lying. I'm actually betting on the first. Either way, I need some pics of this.

I've always had quite a muscular build, even though I pretty much starve myself and don't sleep nearly enough, I don't know why. I guess it's rather nice, although I think being a bit slimmer would fit my face and general aesthetic more. Like the others said, proportion is everything.
    >> Anonymous 10/18/11(Tue)10:11 No.3805196
Being muscular is much better in every way than being skinny, and this comes from a skinny fucker. My problem is I can't find the motivation to go to the gym.
    >> Anonymous 10/18/11(Tue)10:13 No.3805199
don't eat and do HIIT everyday
that should make you lose all your muscles
    >> Anonymous 10/18/11(Tue)10:15 No.3805200
Super thin guys are a little fucking creepy. Be healthy, and be able to lift about 70 lbs above your head, one handed, and you should be in optimal shape.
    >> Anonymous 10/18/11(Tue)10:18 No.3805205
post yourself so we can judge whether you really are muscular/need to lose weight.

If it's a matter of clothes fitting you just need to shop around. I've got pretty broad shoulders in relation to my waist, so it can be hard to find well fitting clothes. Prevents me from wasting money at topshop though so whatevs.

I have a naturally muscular frame, but I'm a bit overweight. I'd say eat less, and walk more, etc. I've lost like 15 lbs in 2 months from that. My fucked up meal plan and chronic drug use could also contribute to my weight loss as well.
    >> Anonymous 10/18/11(Tue)10:21 No.3805213
How do I achieve very low body fat then?

OP just go Caveman diet (consume only goat cheese, any kinds of meat and nuts) never and I MEAN NEVER eat candied products, bread or pasta, don't eat anything that makes you "full". you'll see from eating meat you'll be full throughout the day.

By the way don't lift instead do Cardio (like 30-40 minutes) everyday and you'll see you'll be a lot slimmer.

btw don't consume a lot of fruits instead use vitamin pills and check the carbonhydrate rates in every product you use.
