Get a pair of dark jeans. Raw/selvedge is preferred but on that budget..Maybe levi's 510 'Rigid Stretch' or the 511 'Rigid Dragon?' Suggestions not hard and fast, I really don't know about levi's dark denim/raw.

As for shoes, plimsolls area nice choice. I wear Van's Low pro Era and Authentics.

there's a lot more you could learn, like shirts and real shoes and such but i dunno..flannels, button ups, v-necks, etc. you may want to get a pair of desert boots/chukka later on in fall/winter (clarks desert boot original is pretty basic/quality/cheap).
