As for the jeans, I'm a pretty tall and thin guy, so I need a slim fit. Any suggestions on where I could find some good fitting slim cut jeans? All the stores around here that carry those sizes all have the pre-fade.

Kohl's sells Levi's in a couple good fits.
I'd look for 514s or 501s, both of which you can probably find in a good dark wash.
If you can't find a Kohl's, try looking for a Levi's brand store.

Macy's and I think even JC Penney ans Sears has 511s. To stretch your budget, just check their circulars online for when they're on sale, or if they have a coupon or something that'll work on Levi's.
