    Ignore the fucking naysayers. I wouldn't reccomend duplicating the outfit exactly, but I'm sure you can find a corduroy jacket in a similar cut. Once you gut that it's simpy a matter of layering it with a vest adn the right kind of shirt. I think it's a good influence for a very workable look.
