I'm a closet bi-guy, I do sometimes think that myself, given how much I fucking love myself. It's actually the reason I haven't come out - I can't be sure if I'm actually gay or just incredibly narcissistic. My ideal guy is basically a better version of myself.

In that case, heterosexual isn't good either. Complete self-sacrifice, just leaving th please others, is unhealthy. While bisexuality is a step closer, it's not perfect in a monogamous relationship, because you would be "settling" for one or the other, instead of both. The only way to be truly happy is to be in a relationship with a member of the opposite sex and same sex at the same time. This way you're both loving "yourself" and others.
