only 6hp/200cc and doesn't have a freewheel mechanism so it doesn't
coast all that well since the CVT tries to slow the rear wheel when the
engine is slow enough to disengage the clutch. Even though there's no engine breaking, there is resistance in the CVT itself. It's
peppier than a 125cc, but because of the CVT it's basically like
starting in 2nd gear. I'm not going to be doing any wheelies and it's
geared to not go any faster than 50mph. This CVT is meant for use in a Go-Kart, so I had to make a custom rear sprocket. |
