    SPRAY PAINT THREAD.

So, amidst watching people have their ears be fucked over on New Years Eve in Time Square, I saw this BlackBerry ad. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pX5YsU8sir4

So, at 0:07, you can clearly see glow in the dark spray paint.

How would I go about doing this for as cheap as possible. In other words,

    SPRAY PAINT THREAD.

There is glow in the dark paint available at home deopot, but it doesn't come in a spray can. I painted a bike with it a few years ago; it wasn't all that bright.

Take some fluorescent paint and paint it on your bike, mount UV LED to illuminate it.

Fluorescent paint under a blacklight does look really cool, but a few UV LEDs aren't going to provide much of an effect.

No, 94 and alien isn't the paint, it's the line. Montana sells different types of pain, alien being their specialty line, 94 being their more classic, low pressure cans (the other most popular one they use is hardcore, which simply put is for large coverage, though that's not to say it isn't designed for fine tuning as well).

What you're looking for is known as photoluminescent paint or phosphorescent paint. Montana does indeed sell one color that is photoluminescent, which is called "poltergeist". Last I checked, they weren't selling it any more, but that was years ago. It's still on their color charts, however, so they might be.

Another way to go is to use an airbrush with glow in the dark paint.

Genius, though every time I've used UV lights, they've burned out (I used the correct resistors, etc., and yea, it's probably my supplier.)

don't go there, ripping you off manies. try google searching "graffiti supplies" and you'll find sites that sell it a lot cheaper.

I don't think I could ever get myself to spend 10 bucks on a can that gets as little coverage as alien, even if it is poltergeist
