Many more just say "I have these thoughts sometimes and there's an internet community that feeds my broken brain a load of love-bombing and bullshit, time to buy some mexican hormones and ignore everything contrary to what I want to believe!" There's a lot of disorders that can cause feelings of "in the wrong body" which if you decide to self-diagnose (never self-diagnose, it's a worse idea than representing yourself in court) can lead to thinking you're trans when really you might have something that can be fixed without throwing tens of thousands of dollars and your functioning sexual characteristics in the dumpster.
