62 KB Phoenix Wright Mock Trial Anonymous 08/11/08(Mon)12:50 No.481
Was terrible. They should have had a scenario and props ready. I left right before they started the second trial, and I didn't even hear one objection. I didn't care that one of them had food poisoning, I wanted my mock trial to be well done, damnit. In b4 BAWWWWW. Discuss.

was kinda awesome to be on stage for that though
    >> Anonymous 08/11/08(Mon)16:51 No.826
the best part of the mock trial was waiting in line.

I left the masquerade for this shit.

I don't know what disappointed me more.
    >> Anonymous 08/11/08(Mon)16:57 No.838
i agree. there was so much potential waisted. someone has gotta do this right next year.

i wonder what would have been worse: them canceling it, or going on with it like they did?

hard to say. there were a fuckton of people in line for it, though.

She was at the little meeting later. Yes, I know I'm a terrible photographer with a crappy camera.
    >> Anonymous 08/11/08(Mon)17:10 No.903
the gumshoe from the first trial was good too, if a little out-of-character.

how about that old dude, though? he was confused.

If you'd ever bothered to investigate animu conventions beforehand you'd know not to expect anything less than utter faggottry.
    >> Anonymous 08/12/08(Tue)01:32 No.1786
I was at that panel, who was that fat shit that was shouting stuff like "I lost the game"

also I was the guy with the blue spike mask and the glowing goggles on his head. I didn't do anything fucking retarded. Why couldn't more 4channers follow my example.
    >> Anonymous 08/12/08(Tue)10:32 No.2051
And they nixed Anime Parliament, which actually is done by people who can improv and proven solid year after year, for this shit?

Way to go Otakon panels department. Way to go.
    >> Anonymous 08/12/08(Tue)12:19 No.2094
I had that really loud girl sitting near the blue chick who decided to stand on her chair and yell out 'cause they wouldn't chose her to get on stage. Fucking fatty gave me the worst fucking view. OH OH YOUR FAT ASS AND UGLY PANTIES. PLEASE STOP BEING IN MY FACE.

    faggot.
    >> Anonymous 08/12/08(Tue)12:24 No.2096
that edgeworth cosplayer was amazing, she stayed in character the entire time
    >> Anonymous 08/12/08(Tue)14:20 No.2145
I was the Gumshoe who tried to block the blue bodysuit person from escaping.

There was wasted potential, but I still thought it was fun. They shouldn't have picked that confused old guy though since he kind of dragged down the second half.

    THANK YOU. FUCKING WORD.

Otakon failed bigtime with this one.

Yo, considering it was about to be cancelled due to most of the cast bailing at the last minute, what they did was pretty damn funny. At least you bitches got something.

I was one of the dudes on stage, and yeah basically the 3 guys doing got told in the last 30 minutes we lost people in the last 3 minutes ( after calling some of our movie maker friends and original cast ) we were told NO ONE was comming ( and that meant no props, no costumes ) to save our butts....So we basically sucked it up and did the best we could do with 3 minutes of planning. We felt like couldn't cancel after everyone waited in line.

I hope someone does a good mock trial though, I love me some Phoenix Wright, but the skit thing isn't for me.

Sorry to Anon for arresting putting her away in the slammer, you were a good sport.
    >> Anonymous 08/14/08(Thu)03:23 No.3700
Pictochat while waiting in line was a lot of fun. Someone drew a pretty badass zangief, and I was teh guy who drew the bullet from mario initially, which a few other people took and rolled with. I'd say the pictochatting in line was more fun than the panel itself.
    >> Anonymous 08/14/08(Thu)03:24 No.3701
fuck i missed out on Dickto-chat.

Actually, I didn't wait in line at all. I was in the OC Remix panel before that, and because my friend had an injured ankle, we were allowed to stay in the room when everyone filtered out. So we just sat in the same seats for the mock trial- second row- with no waiting.
