I've got shit to tweak, too. My scarf is way too thin, though it was less warm to have silk instead of wool.

If your coat is part cotton, you can tiny it with RIT dye to get it darker, though it may take a few baths.

Mask wasnt as good as the other ones, and the one with the purple band, had a rose, no idea why he had a rose........

Thats not a bad idea, i was able to wear multiple layers of white to create scarf look, what did you do for mask? I made it out of cheese cloth, made it much much cooler, but more fragile.

Oh, yeah, I saw rose Rorschach, too, but didn't snap a pic. I think that makes all of us. He had a rose from the graveyard visitation scene -- Rorschach takes a rose from the Comedian's grave and puts it in his lapel.

Thats right, i remeber now, yea, I think therre was only three of us, Im glad I opted for Rorschach, because i almost did the joker, EVERYONE was joker this year, they even had two nurse jokers.

My mask was a layer of white tights over a layer of black tights, cut and stitched to size. Sharpie on the white, eyeholes in the black. Only problem was that the Sharpie started to bleed a bit as the day wore on -- next con, I'm bringing backup masks.

Next con im definatley just making numerous chessecloths masks, doing the stitches sounds like more work than its worth, cuz then you cant get the symmetrical patterns on your mask like mine had, i noticed that rose Rorschach used the black as eyeholes too, the chessecloth, tho fragile, makes it perfect to make patterns with sharpie

Oh, no, I meant I just stitched the mask to fit -- I cut the legs off the 2 pairs of tights and then stitched closed the holes. I still sharpied on the designs, just like you.

The guy on the right is me, the ten pounds I would gain would have to be mostly arms, which isnt a problem, ive been workin out like a beast, just need to eat more protein, shakes commin up, I guess I am gonna have to shave my head, and I already have pure white contacts. I am almost done my laser treatments for acne, so by next ywear that wont even be a factor, just gotta shave my head *sigh*

Spooky Ghost Face here...yeah, I need to retool the mask (ideally my plan is to brush it up between AAC, Halloween, and finally have a better pattern/fit for the movie's premiere.)

I have a feeling after the movie comes out there will be a billion more Rorshachs, just like with The Dark Knight and the Joker.

Also, my boyfriend was Rorshach for Halloween, if you wear glasses and want to do this, my tip is to wear cheap black sunglasses under the mask and then cut holes by the eyes and draw the rest of the "pattern" directly on with black eyeliner/a crayon. We made his mask out of layered white pantyhoes. Unfortunately this gets a bit hot and presses on your face though. So we have to perfect it.

Actually, that's the other reason why I did Rorschach. Alongside the fact he's an awesome character...there's really no one else in Watchmen I'm built for.
Dan requires a gut, Manhattan needs to be fucking JACKED (even if you do his tux version from the prss conference, you've gotta be built) same with the Comedian, and Veidt to an extent (...OK, NO ONE wants to be Veidt.)

The one other hero from there I might be able to do, I can't say for certain cause there's really only ONE picture of the guy (Dollar Bill. Who I admit, would partially be for the lulz of posing dead with my cape caught in revolving doors.)
