Honestly, yeah. It's a parody of reality shows, and most reality shows change their cast every season. TD fucked that up with season 2, and not only did they reused the cast but fucked up most of the personalities too. If they changed the cast every season, the show would be much better. That as for now, I can at least say that TD is not as bad as JT. At least TD entertains me.

still, it's much less annoying than WHIP CRACK every three seconds.
besides, the first season wasn't that bad.
the second season was shit though, and the third was stupid (ZOMBIE EZEKIEL AND A FUCKING LORD OF THE RINGS JOKE, REALLY!?)
From what I've seen (Part of the first episode) Chris is really upping the crazy this season (He uses live explosives on the boats).

Chris is fucking sadistic this season.

The creators and his voice actor say that he's the way he is now because of his childhood. They then said that they didn't know how his exact backstory yet, or how "deep" it should be, and encouraged fans to come up with their own.

Yeah, I actually enjoyed the first season. The characters were entertaining and consistent and enjoyable.
When that finished and I heard a 2nd was coming I was genuinely excited. Then I learned that it would have the same cast as 1.

yeah, I was really unsure about season 3, but it actually started off kinda strong (at least stronger than season 2).
then it slowly went to shit, with the final straw being Noah's voting off and the Gwen/Duncan/Courtney shit.
by the ending I was Raging pretty damn hard.
and don't get me started on the whole "Zombie ezekiel" subplot.
