A poster named Chris McFeely has outlined all the easter eggs in Wheeljack's new lab in RiD #3.I gotta say, that's kind of impressive!
>>35428262Oh wow.Respect for RID just went up, and I was already a fan.I'm so happy we got TWO great comics going at the same time.Autocracy balances them out
>>35428262Why did he fail to point out the best one of all?
So it seems some of the Japanese toy retails get this TV monitor decorated to look like the Martrix for their displays, and it shows images of toys and commercials and things.
>>35429433But who the blazes is this guy supposed to be?

Don't forget Akiba Prime!
>>35429462gonna take a wild guess and say i'ts ironhide, since it resembles his bayformer appearance
>>35429478This guy is right, it's a mascot Prime. They've got ones for Nagoya, Akiba, Kawasaki, Umeda, and Tachikawa. (Also apparently one for Ginza, but I havn't seen pictures)
Request, a pair of TFP (cyberverse style) bulkheads in a red/black/blue and blue/black/red deco, they'd look like rc trucks in altmode.also, good galvatron art

>>35429635Ah, a Prime for the major shopping districts then?Interesting... But! Do these Primes want to watch lolcats with Jack, Miko, and Raf?
>>35428074I remember a size chart floating around the web that showed he gets exponentially bigger with each new body. After Beast Machines he's pretty much Prime sized.

Back from shopping with a box of donuts and a mug of delicious hot coffee. Lets make this a good night.
Can someone please tell me why the writers have turned Prowl into a complete monster of a villain? I mean, he's such an asshole that I have to ask why he hasn't been tossed in the brig by Prime or done something that killed so many Autobots or innocents, that he gets kicked out of the Autobots and forced to become a Decepticon in terms of the Decepticons convincing him to turn evil for revenge after Prime tells him, point blank, that he's a monster and no better than the Decepticons...
>>35444419....I'm going to guess you're talking about IDW?
>>35444419Well, keep in mind that he hasn't been caught doing all that morally ambiguous shit. The only one who really knows the extent of one of his questionable actions is Perceptor: rebuilding Kup and basically rewiring him a bit so that he could control the old guy and have him act as a proxy. For whatever reason (whether Perceptor agrees with Prowl's method in this instance, or simply doesn't think it's his place to question a superior officer), Perceptor hasn't said anything about it to anyone. As to why the writers wrote him this way? I can only come up with a few guesses: Characterizing Prowl like this makes for much more interesting stories than having him be a watered-down Spock like he is in his old bio. Plus, really, this is a "logical" character taken to a very "the ends justify the means" extreme, and gives us a unique perspective of an Autobot (higher up in the chain of command, even!) gone wrong.
Anyone else remember that time it was revealed that everyone was a decepticon double agent?

Motherfucker. Motherfucking goddamn it, fucking killing half of my ship.
SPIDERBITCH KILLED BREAKDOWNI MAD> Captcha: impenetrable....why do you mock me, Captcha?
I'm surprised the death of this season was Breakdown, I was hoping it'd be a more important character.
RUN STARSCREAM, RUN!
mfw my favourite character just diedI hate this episode ;____;Enough to fuck up my spoiler tags, apparently.
Maybe it will all turn out to be a dream...No it will not of courseBreakdown....
>>35445687MOTHER OF FUCK!There was still so much to be done with him! We never got to see his backstory! The only "good" thing about that is that it'll get the annoying BreakdownxAirachnid shippers to shut the hell up.
Yep.He's dead, Jim.
>Megatron getting his ass kicked
>>35445807No. They will simply claim that he fucked her and impregnated her, so now she reacted as any pregnant female spider would, and killed her mate.
Airachnid is awesome this episode. Breakdown was an unused, uninteresting character anyway. Only important to the shippers.
>>35445924I will forgive you for your ignorant words, you stupid little fucking shithead.
>>35445924>Airachnid is terrible this episode. She's an uninteresting, flat character anyway. Only important to some shippers and wankers who wanted to see another Lockdown.FTFY>Captcha: itself, notsafeNot now, Captcha.

ALIENS
Primus, what an episode.. Starscream showing nearly as much honor as Dreadwing, and Optimus letting his slide JUST long enough to possibly ruin his chances to get Dreadwing to change sides. That, combined with just how excellent Dreadwing is, makes it one of my favorites.. and since the humans were absent, I have to think one of yours too.
"Hey Knock Out, Brakedown is dead.""Who?"
That's twice now that I've actually remembered to watch for previews for next week and twice now that there have been none.
>Breakdown dies>Epic battle>Epic battle>Megatron gladiator mind>Epic battle>Starscream actually paying back a debt>INSECTION SWARMTHIS EPISODE
he went out with puns being made
Breakdown is rebuilt by Mech but loses his memories. Then he regains them with a kiss from Knock Out, like the end of Wall-E.
>>35446104It's weird... Dreadwing is like a Thundercracker-ish character. I don't think he's good waifu material for Megatron, though.
Holy shit. Awesome episode. Poor Breakdown, the writers never really used him much.
BREAKDOWN NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOno way... just noooo ;___; i'm crying right now...just can't so fast... I just... NOOOOO
starscream is so weak and miserable in that show. he's like a heinous cockroach. he's always there but never, ever he is a threat.
I think it was pretty cheap, killing off an underutilized Decepticon character as the big character death we've been waiting for. Killing an Autobot would have been a bolder move but of course that's never going to happen.
so few humans in that season. I wonder if that was planned of did Hasbro ordered a human embargo like in TFA last season
Derp2gether time?
>>35446204Oh, you mean like EVERY OTHER INCARNATION OF HIM EVER?He's the same character that screamed "I'M STUPID! I'M STUPID!" while Megatron crushed his hand under his foot in G1 after all.
Project Chimera should be this dude.
>>35446220I expected an Autobot to go because I just didn't think they'd touch the Decepticons yet. I was very disappointed that the big death was such a minor character. I fucking loved this show at first and it's still entertaining but I'm not sure if it'll ever change much, they're just playing it way too safe.
Breakdown will return, as Mech's transformerand Knockout and Bulkhead will have to kill him
>>35446105>>35446220We can rebuild him, we have the technology. -Silas
>>35446220One word: Cliffjumper
Saving Arcee just seems so out of character for Starscream. Maybe he's trying to get on the Autobot's good side or at least take advantage of their sense of honor. Last thing he needs is more enemies.
How long before we get the Knockout "MY BREAKDOWN IS DEAAAD" jokes?
>>implying they won't salvage Breakdown and build a team of Stunticons from his remains
>>35446254GET IN HEREhttp://zof9u9jf9h3s.watch2gether.com
I think I'm going to drop TF:P.At least I still have Beast Wars to rewatch...
>>35446323Until Dinobot.
Starscream seems more like Waspinator with every episode.
>>35446294I think that was an interesting twist. I thought for sure he be stupid enough to kill her and try to steal her T-cog, but I guess it's either the lack of energon effecting his mind or he is finally learning a lesson from past actions.
>>35446355At least Dinobot had a great and honourable death...I'm horribly upset and in need of a cuddle or something.
So why do people hate Airachnid now? I thought she used to be liked.
I guess with Dreadwing on board they had to scrap Breakdown.Hm...but then I guess that leaves us with only 4 named Decepticons and six Autobots if you wanna count Wheeljack.
I actually liked breakdown ;_; I was looking forword to seeing his backstory but if he had to go at least it was in a pretty cool episode. I halfway expected them to kill off starscream, he just so damn pathetic right now.
>>35446420Breakdown fans are going to hate her for killing him.
What other Transformers series are worth watching? I've only seen G1, Beast Wars, and Beast Machines.
c'mon they can't kill breakdown in that way, srly! but is mech found him was for something
>>35446288He was barely in the show. He had, what, a couple of scenes in the pilot episode, not counting the scenes where he's a zombie? The only purpose he served in the show was to establish Arcee's character arc.Cliffjumper's death in that context isn't really comparable to killing off an Autobot character with almost a season and a half worth of character development.
Probably #3 for TFP with least amount of humans.
>>35446458>What other Transformers series are worth watching?Transformers Prime
next time arcee gets on miko's case someone should go "HEY ARCEE LOOK OVER THERE IT'S AIRACHNID"Given how HAX airachnid was and how HAX the insecticons were (and arcee's been defeated by one before) I'm starting to see some credence to the "arcee will die" theory...
>>35446263G1 isn't "every incarnation ever". in TFA for instance, starscream, while failing allthe time was still able to be considered a major threat if let on his own. this one so far is pathetic. he doesn't plot and scheme, he never has a backup plan, or allies of any sort. he's the mother fucking gargamel of the show, starting good and then being the joke of the show after 2 episodes.
>>35446420I like Airachnid even more now. Not that I had anything against Breakdown, but she was pretty hardcore this ep.
>>35446458Animated, Prime and Victory.>>35446420A lot of people felt after her introduction in season one she was wasted potential. A few people (though none of them in TFG as far as I know) dislike her for simply being female. Those folks exist on Tumblr.I liked her in this episode personally.
>>35446483Obviously
>See's next week's promo>That sudden feeling Nemesis Prime could be made up from Breakdown's remains.
Still can't believe they offed him so abruptly. This really is the best TF show yet.Though it kinda bugs me that the Cons are outnumbered now...AGAIN...
>>35446563The cons have innumerable amounts of canon fodder drones.Plus Megatron has a space bridge and probably contact with Decepticon enclaves across the galaxy.
>>35446563They've got an army of obedient drones at their disposal.
>>35446582So in other words, Breakdown is expendable. Soundwave however.
arachnaid being competent and dangerous and a bitch I can go behind it but Arcee going blindly berserk at her is getting old, and there's no fucking reasons Arcee isn't minced scrap of metal now considering arachnaid display of power so far.seriously either arcee cool the fuck up, ot they give her a major upgrade so she can actually have some chances.fuck. arachnaid is a first class killing machine. arcee is what? a scoot class? she doesn't even has the ninja haxx TFA had. she's fucking weak.
I wonder what happened to the Insecticon corpse. Will the Autobots leave it? In that case could Starscream scavenge a new T-Cog from it?
>>35446487Are you for real? Starscream was nothing more than a decapitated head in TFA. The only memorable thing about him where his clones. And that was because the clones where awesome, not Starscream himself.
>>35446487I hold onto this crazy hope that in some crazy bumblfuck way starscreams going to eventually come out on top.
>>35446420I still like her, I think she is cool.I am a bit disappointed about Breakdown's death, I wanted to know his backstory.
>>35446637I'm guessing Breakdown will never be able to pay back Screamer.
>>Killed by traitorous teammate>>35446420I still like her. She's evil, it was to be expected. One of my friends liked her more than BD to begin with and he's shittin brix about how awesome she is atm.
>>35446611Airachnid isn't so much powerful in battle as she is cunning. Arcee has held her own with Airachnid before. I think if Breakdown hadn't fallen for her trap, he would have killed her. She purposely made him mad to set him up like that.
>>35446680And he fell for it like a dumbass
>>35446680She doesn't really need her vechicle mode to be tough. Screamer however did rely on his flight capability a lot.
Hey that underground hatchery. Does that mean that one insection laid all those eggs?
Why the heck didn't Breakdown use his shoulder laser when his hammer was stuck that he used literally 30seconds before to injure Spider8itch?Come on dude you werent THAT slow!
Starscream seemed rather on the ball tonight though. I mean he very quickly turned the situation to his advantage not once, not twice, but three times. and came out no worse off.I'd be suprised if he didn't get a t-cog off of one of the dozen drones the autobots just took out.
>>35446753insection = Insecticon
>>35446759And then he'll Ratchet to put it in for him. sucker
>>35428112I missed the watch2gether, is there another way of seeing the episode?
>>35446807Or knockout. I mean Breakdown did just get taken out. And Starscream's used that trick on Ratchet twice now, a third time seems unlikely.
http://es.justin.tv/backuptoons/b/313509028minute 55
>>35446869
Mind you this is all assuming we don't get an episode where Knockout goes on RAMPAAAAGE, kicks down Silas door, retrieves Breakdown's remains, steals the Forge of Solus Prime, hunts down Optimus, and finally drop all of this at this feet saying, "You FIX THIS SHIT. You fix this shit RIGHT NOW. Or so help me you'll spend every nanocycle for the short amount of processing time you have left WISHING YOU HAD!"Optimus: "... Well okay then."*HAMMER TIMES*Ends up reducing Breakdown's parts to dozens of tiny, pissed off Breakdowns that are all bitching at each other.Knockout: "....... This is the most adorable combiner EVER!"
>>35446869Damn, she fucked him up good.
>>35446907I dunno. I want Breakdown back, but if they bring him back either in his old body, or with his personality core implanted into a new Mech-built body, and then the writers go "This totally doesn't count as bringing back a dead character because we never said he was dead.", I'll feel cheated.
>>35446907What bugs me the most is "no more rival" for Bulkhead anymore.
>>35446869>fap fap fap
>>35446966Bulkhead doesn't know he's dead yet...
>>35446907that will never happen because Knockout doesn't give a shit about anyone but himself and he and Knockout only interacted for a few seconds in about three episodes
>>35446966Also who's gonna be knockout's backup now? He's not really an awesome fighter and he seemed to relie heavily on breakdown anytime a fight broke out.
>>35446966Yeah, that was a big part of both Breakdown AND Bulkhead as characters, and now that bit of history seems like such a waste. Besides Megatron and Starscream, Breakdown was the only Decepticon given any sort of emotional depth and plot potential whatsoever, and now...Damn. I'll just have to settle for getting a Breakdown toy so that at least he can live on on my toy shelf, along with Skyquake and Dreadwing being best bros.All of my sad, TFG. All of my sad. ;_;
I'm a 22-year-old male and I'm kind of tearing up over Breakdown's death. Why am I such a huge babby, TFG?
>>35447036With that being the case, I think KO will probably be relagated to just being an HQ medic rather than a field agent again.
>>35447101Because Breakdown made you learn how to love...
>>35447101Do not be ashamed about crying for Breakdown. He was a true bro.
>>35447129
>>35447073Meh, don't worry. The shitty death and the unresolved rivalry with Bulkhead probably means this isn't Breakdown's end. At the very least we'll probably see a MECHbot 2.0 with some very weird issues against Bulkhead AND Airachnid now. If it is seen trying to buff Knockout's finish we'll know for sure.>>35446965What if, for instance, MECH showed up tracking a signal that was still coming from Breakdown. He's in pieces but he's only *mostly* dead.Next ep we see Breakdown's chest attached to life support and cables attached to his head, allowing Silas to interrogate him. Hell, we saw Megatron with a whole through his spark chamber. Even if the dark energon shard helped Starscream removed it. They still got Megs on life support on time.
Here's another sad thought...Breakdown was largely motivated by being a good and obedient solider, he legitimately cared about the Decepticon cause and wanted Megatron's approval. In being captured by MECH and loosing an eye, he feared he had lost his ability to please Megatron and do good work for him.However... in the beginning of this episode, we see that Megatron trusts Breakdown enough to have him assist Skyquake in Airachnid's murder. Thus, Breakdown knows he's still a valued member and being useful to the team. He got the approval and the clearance to be productive again. And then...
>>35447131He got fucked-over twice now. Reminds me of my aunt was in a horrible car accident, survived, only to get pancreas cancer 3 years later and die. Fate is a cruel mistress.
>>35447101you're not the only one bro
>>35447176I have this horrible mental image of Breakdown begging for death if that happens...
>>35447226I nostalged. Almost like the G1 80s movie, without the melodrama.
>>35447226http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bg5wHiW_iWk
>>35446869You'd think there would a LOT of energon leakage - or at least SOME energon. What the hell, did she drink him dry first?
what if breakdown isn't really dead (somehow) and his seeming death was just to serve as a giant red herring for the REAL big character death so that it will come completely unexpected>mfw its ratchet>mfw I have managed to give myself a reason to be worried about ratchet even if realistically he's safe now
I think killing off Airachnid or Dreadwing would have been a better plot device.
>>35447321>AirachnidI got a feeling they are reserving her death for a season finale.
Would Optimus really have shot Megatron in the head? He was charging up his gun... and it IS Megatron. Only the other hand.... Prime has an IDEOLOGY to live up to...
>>35447320I'd rather have Ratchet die than Breakdown.
>Starscream going all honorable on Arcee. I was pleasantly surprised Screamer had that in him.
I foresee Airachnid being torn to shreds by the Insecticons.
>>35447321We just got Dreadwing, it would have been the same old shit.
>>35447376At the end of season 1 he concluded that Megs would never be good, thus Prime felt the only way to acheive peace was "the final solution".
>>35447376He's just really slow when it comes to landing killing blows. Remember when he was about to lop Megatron's head in two?
I understand that Arcee's biggest personal issue is running head first into vengeance, even when its not the smart thing to do... but a big part of me was screaming: "Yes Arcee! Ignore Optimus! KILL ARACHNID! Avenge the busty one!"I have a feeling this was intentional, to increase general malice towards Airachnid. Well, its working.
>>35447443>>35447437>>35447376Also, while Optimus did say early "killing a defenseless enemy is bad"... well... this is still Megatron. Can Megatron truly ever be considered defenseless? Having an injured Starscream, who is providing information for mutual benefit at gunpoint is one thing... Having a clear shot at Megatron's head is another.
>>35447404I guess it is a sort of special honor. Its not him being "nice" per say... I suppose. Tis Starscream, after all. And, its a smart thing for him to do as well. An Arcee who saw him save her and not take the chance to kill her is an Arcee who probably won't try and kill him the next time they run into each other. It also shows that Starscream seems to be learning from his mistakes slightly. Antagonizing people with no clear goal in mind just doesn't work for him (Megatron and Silas both have screwed him over hard), so he's trying a more practical approach.
>>35447456Am I the only one who doesn't feel any type of malice towards Airachnid? I don't even think Megatron was justified in trying to kill her. During the Unicron episodes there was no proof that Megatron was still alive and the planet was about to be destroyed. She made the most pragmatic decision, which was to get the remaining Decepticons and herself to safety.
Watching Johnny Got His Gun before watching Crossfire does not bring pretty thoughts to mind.
>>35447584True, but Megatron as already dealt with Starscream trying to kill him and abandoning him, loosing Orion Pax, and several of the Autobot relics. He's probably thinking "Okay, now is not the time to be taking chances. I don't need people on my team who are disloyal or aren't fully committed. Particularly so since I have Dreadwing now."After all, Megatron is very self-centered and evil. Anyone who isn't committed to his safety doesn't get to live he he doesn't want them too. In this episode, for example, Dreadwing technically does betray Megatron's orders but saves Megatron's life in the process. And Megatron makes him SIC. Everything is about Megatron, according to Megatron. So, even if the people around him aren't being smart/obedient, so long as it benefits himself, its okay.
Re-watching the episode and realized Breakdown's head isn't around his corpse... and since Airachnid is known to keep heads as trophies....Guuhuuh.
>>35447712Try re-re-watching it.
>>35447712No, its there. But... MECH finds it...
>>35447712No wait.... NM. His head is in clear sight. Gaping mouth and all.
>>35447547Indeed, and as much as I love his Prime characterization, it's nice that he is deviating from it to, as you say, insure his own survival to a point, to actually turning a new leaf.
what's the synopsis for the next episode?
>>35447811>Optimus Prime becomes destructive while MECH reveals their master plan.
>>35447712Mech found his head right?
>>35447848HEAD MASTERS!
something tell me that Airachnid will be the main villain in the end season 2 or soething like that
>>35447750>>35447848I'm guessing they'll rebuild him (at least his shell) and he'll become evil! or should I say 'eviler'.
Hey guys, whats going o->>35446869What. WHAT.WHAT WHAT WHAT WHAT WHAT WHATNO. NO. NNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
Dammit, why did I have to go on vacation today! How could I miss such an important episode? Is anyone uploading to YouTube or something?
>>35448000It'll probably be up within a few hours or so, I'm sure.Anyways, be warned. Its a punch to the emotional gut.

http://youtu.be/tlbIDcLrbtsPreview for next week's episode
>>35447963less evil, more mindless.
Wanna get even more sad? OF COURSE YOU DO!http://fannishcodex.tumblr.com/post/20263200005Now if you excuse me, I'll be over here in a corner, weeping openly.
>Spend all of last week looking forward to this episode.>Especially curious about the context of Breakdown getting webbed. >Friends and I joke that it'll her response to him hitting on her.>Laughter and general fun is had by all.>This episode. So much sad right now... Sooo much sad...
The fight scene this episode was really cool too. Liked the tunnel sequence. Very neat. Also, generally a good episode for having several parties generally doing things in line with their individual plots and motives while all having them converge.
Well done, my loyal minion. You've destroyed the valley. Ruined the lives of those who live here, and those still to come.
>>35448105What's also... kind of horrible.. is the knowledge that if Airachnid hadn't killed Breakdown, he just would have killed her. He was ready to do it, no mercy, man.Shit was a little intense.
>>35448256It's like I've always said... You may be just another slag-spoutin' sports utility vehicle... but at least we know where you stand.
>>35448281Tell my tale to those who ask. Tell it with embellishment. The bad deeds, and leave out the good. And let me be judged accordingly. The rest... is silence...
>>35448266Yeah, people are acting like she murdered him in cold blood. When in reality they where both trying to murder each other. You can't act like Breakdown was some innocent victim.
>>35448256Ya think Megatron will ever forgive Starscream again if he finds him? I'm sure he can come up with some cock n' bull story, it's not like Megs knows Screamer requested to join the autobots.
So, I brought this up in a TFG a week or so ago, but it was rather late in the night/morning, so I figured it couldn't hurt to bring it back up. What do you guys think of DW's TF comics run? I personally loved War & Peace (G1 Vol. 2) and The first two (and only complete) volumes of The War Within. The stories tended to be a bit convoluted and confusing, but overall I thoroughly enjoyed them, especially the art. I thought that it had more pop and memorability than IDW's current run.
I want a gif of Airachnid winking at Breakdown when she made the patch joke.
>>35448281>>35448256>>35448313;-;
>>35448394I agree. I mean, of course you're supposed to be horrified by her actions in general, she's a bad guy afterall... But, its not like she had no cause/motivation. Same with her attacks on Megatron with the Insection; Megatron tried to kill her first. She's not a nice person: no. Of course not. What she's doing is reacting as to others as they attempt to do her harm with murder. Yes, its horrible that Breakdown had to die... But, again, he could have killed her today too.
>>35448421She was making eyepatch jokes... she was trying to take his title as joke master!
Another episode with no kids...I miss Raf... a little..I miss June too, but perhaps its best she wasn't in this episode I think.
>>35448394We're not sad because of the principle, it's just the idea of loosing a key character.
>>35448475Once she figured out what was happening she purposely antagonized Breakdown knowing he would rage and she would be able to trap him and take him out, so it wasn't just self defense. However, they were sent to kill her, so as a villain she wasn't unjustified in her actions.
>>35448529>Another episode with no kidsW00T!well it looks like they're gonna be all over the next episode... bah...
>>35448394I'm upset because a character I think is horribly written and shouldn't have become a regular character killed a character I genuinely liked and was actually going places, for no good reason. If anything, this has done more harm to the show, narratively speaking, than good. Congrats, TF:P, you killed off a character who had several plot threads going for him after ignoring him for a huge chunk of episodes in favor of a character who's only tied to Arcee's revenge plot (a plot that got tired after the third episode about it). It's nothing to do with misogyny (I love Arcee, June, and even Miko as characters in this show) or being butthurt about a ship being destroyed, or anything idiotic like that, it's that I think Breakdown was killed too soon and in a stupid way.
I remember that some people were theorizing that Breakdown used to be a Autobot and maybe a Wrecker. And if that was indeed the case... well... another Wrecker dead.
test
If we don't see Knock Out's reaction, my jimmies will be severely rustled. I hate it when shows ignore/forget about character relations.
>>35448410Well, if nothing else, I liked the bits with scientist!Jetfire in it. DW had nice concept behind its characters if nothing else.
>>35448529Raf reminds me too much of Chip Chase, and is by far the character I dislike the most.
>>35448608I don't think she's horribly written, but putting that aside, Breakdown was barely written at all. He had some history with Bulkhead and Starscream hinted at a future team-up, but that was about it. I liked him too, but he was pretty much a non-character.
Also, we have a legit excuse in this episode for why the Autobots don't attempt to imprison Starscream. Optimus notes they lack the facilities to imprison somebody.
>>35448529I miss him too, I think is the first time I really like a human character in transformers.
>>35448724Yeah, Jetfire was quite interesting in that.Sad thing is, it's clear that there was a lot of setup planned for some major events going down in the future (Prime coming back, Shockwave cracking Vector Sigma in Vol.2 and sending that beam out from Iacon, Starscream's plans, etc.), but they were never realized because of obvious reasons. It seemed to have potential, I'll give it that. It's hard to say with all of those unanswered questions.
>>35448410>What do you guys think of DW's TF comics run? Well... It started off rather badly and the artwork was mediocre to shit, but it really did start going places toward the end.Over all, though, I'd say that it was "meh". Some interesting ideas, but most of the time I didn't really have any attachment to what was going on.
>>35448608You haters are starting to sound suspiciously sexist. In my optinion, Airachnid had no more or less character development than Breakdown. I loved Breakdown, he was my favorite Con next to Starscream, but I do not believe his death will damage the show in the slightest. He wasn't going anywhere further than Airachnid was.
Okay, here's a new idea. The Spark Extractor. Turns out ever since they unburied the thing it's been ACTIVE, has a longer range than they previous thought, and has been passively absorbing de-shelled Sparks.Upcoming episode called Ghost Busters in which Breakdown appears to be haunting Aubobot base. In reality he is fighting to free himself from the Spark Extractor and only managing minor shenanigans about the base before he's pulled back again. There's also a shit ton of Vehicons in the Extractor and their bitching and complaining is pissing Breakdown off.
You know, for all that Breakdown would be considered a minor character, his death is certainly generating a major reaction from the audience. So mission accomplished, writers, for making us like a minor character enough to be upset by his death.
>>35448889I shall now imagine Raf and the other kids being given the task of rangling the tiny cons in the tiny harmless robot bodies they have been given. Little chubbles waddly ones, on a hamster size.>AirachnidWhile I do feel there is a point there, anons saying most of her developement, nearly all, is tied to Arcee, I hope she gets more to her. Like the bug siren call- where'd she get that? Was she some kind of bug master at some point? And yes, I do mourn Breakdown, and am still full of bloo bloo bloo and why over his death. I do think he was developing as a character- while certainly bad, he had a sense of decensy about him, and I am going to miss that. I don't begrudge Airachnid for killing him, but I wish he hadn't died- especially not to be harvested right after by the people who brought him low and hurt him first. As to Starscream's T-cog- he got that from BD guys, come on now. I thought that was pretty well alluded to. How do you think he got to Arcee so fast? He was shadowing them. He can fly again, he's pretty good at that sneaky shit. (which also brings up the horror of him having done surgery on himself)
>>35448768>I don't think she's horribly written, but putting that aside, Breakdown was barely written at all. He had some history with Bulkhead and Starscream hinted at a future team-up, but that was about it. I liked him too, but he was pretty much a non-character.Bulkhead and Breakdown had a history, he owed Starscream a favour, he hesitated to destroy Bulkhead when the Autobot saved him (and even helped him fight off MECH), humans took his eye and he was pretty damn pissed about it and likely wanted revenge, he was Knock Out's assistant and we never got to see how that partnership came about or get confirmation on if they were really friends or not, Breakdown was really loyal to Megatron and wanted to redeem himself in his eyes, and he had a surprisingly friendly relationship with the troops. Now all that is wasted, and instead Airachnid survives despite only being around to be Arcee's rival and...that's it.>>35448885>You haters are starting to sound suspiciously sexist. This may surprise you, but not liking a character who happens to be female doesn't always stem from sexism. I would have been upset if Dreadwing or Starscream or anyone else killed him, too.
SHIT. When I was writing: >>35448889it suddenly occurred to me. What use would the Spark Extractor be? It's a fricking spark destroying BOMB in this continuity. Then it hit me.BUG BOMBSo, which autobot makes the big "light our darkest hour" moment and sacrifices him or herself to take out the Insecticon hive? I bet Ratchet since he's been on a self-sacrifice kick since BB lost his T-Cog.
>>35448915Indeed
This is probably a dumb question, but does prime have the stunticons or is it just Breakdown?
I like how when Starscream proposes an alliance so they can rule the Decepticons together, Airachnid just says "I have NO interest in ruling the Decepticons, damnnit, I just want revenge on Megatron."Starscream must be thinking "What? How can you NOT want to rule the Decepticons? Its the bees knees!"
>>35449001No mention of the Sunticons as a group as such. Whether Breakdown was a Sunticon or not has yet to be addressed... and now he's dead-in-ated so...
>>35449001Just Breakdown.Although there's a toy coming out for a TF:P Dead End, the show itself has never mentioned any of the Stunticons.
>>35449007>I like how when Starscream proposes an alliance so they can rule the Decepticons together, Airachnid just says "I have NO interest in ruling the Decepticons, damnnit, I just want revenge on Megatron."Which is kind of weird, since she was all for taking control of the Decepticons and leaving Earth with them in season 1's finale.
>>35449043My thinking is that she just wanted to fly away to a new planet and then ditch the Nemesis and the crew.
>>35448058Uhhh, is there a link where the video isn't private???
>>35449059http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j6FO8u0BpCs
>>35448944Wait wait wait, where is there any indication that Starscream has a T-cog again now? I don't remember him flying, it's not inconceivable that he'd be able to track the robot ruckus from the ground, and his arm-mounted missiles are always there in his robot form, aren't they? He doesn't have to transform to attack with them, just do that wiggly finger thing. Tell me what I missed, TFG.
>>35449043She's an opportunist like most Decepticons. She was never interested in taking over the Decipticons, but the opportunity pretty much fell in her lap. Or so she thought.
>>35449019Okay>>35449023Well with another it might be possible, of course WFC did the same thing. The DS version even had Motormaster and Dragstrip
>>35449101He didn't get a Tcog this episode, I don't know why people think he did.
>>35449095Thanks!
>>35449131Okay cool, I thought not. MECH cleared the remains out too quickly for him to get to them anyway.
>>35449107Which is also why she yielded so quickly. Airachnid didn't fight for Soundwave very long, nor did she get as... creative as she could have been, no web usage for example. She probably thought a little intimidation would get Soundwave to move away, it didn't, and he quickly proved he would kill her if necessary. So, she simply changed tactics and backed off.Its the same reason why she wanted to bring Megatron the Immobilizer in Partners rather than keeping it for herself. Being in Megatron's good books at the time was safer/more profitable than running away with a weapon. In the end, BB left her with no weapon, so she had to go back anyways. Airachnid doesn't give half a hump about the Decepticon cause, or even killing Autobots in general (although she does enjoy messing with Arcee), all she cares about is herself and what benefits herself in the here and now
>>35449187Yeah... Starscream's still in a bad way... but he seemed to at least be more emotionally stabler than last we left him anyways, right?
So the Nemesis Prime next episode is obviously using Starscream's T-cog. When the Autobot defeats it, sometime or another, would they give back his T-cog?It would be a dick move to not give it back, but then they would be rearming a Decepticon. Also does Starscream regenerate his arm rockets or were the shots he fired at Airachnid his only ones for now?
Although some other Stunticons did appear in WFC.Dead End, and Motormaster (although he was only in the DS version)
>>35449252>Also does Starscream regenerate his arm rockets or were the shots he fired at Airachnid his only ones for now?Given how low he is on enegon, that was probably his last few shots.
>>35449274Invisible cheesburger!
>>35449274well, at least now we know the reason why megatron kept him around for so longif you know what i mean

>>35449386Those are the eyes that have seen too much...
>>35449438And enjoyed every minute of it.
>>35448915True that... True that...Compare the reaction to Breakdown's death to the reaction to Cliffjumper's death.Well, then again... Cliffjumper was more of a literal redshirt. His job is to show up, and then die, thereby setting the overall tone of the series and Arcee's motivation. Not to necessarily be a character the same way others are.
>>35449303Alarm clock?
>>35448485
>>35449632oh godno no noThis is just like the cube puns about blurr's death
>>35449386That is great
>>35449658inb4 Knock Out doesn't question Breakdown's disappearance like the Autobots not questioning Blurrs'
Who chose Breakdown to accompany Dreadwing on that little mission to kill Airachnid? Was Breakdown chosen by Megatron to go with Dreadwing? And was this whole thing a plan to actually get both Airachnid and Breakdown killed? I feel that Megatron had Breakdown go with Dreadwing and hoped that both BD and Airachnid died.
Well that sucks, got spoiled on the episode looking for the watch2gether.GUESS IT DOESN'T MATTER.SINCEIM DEAD.
>>35449781It's going to happen. I have seen almost no series in which the writing pays any damn attention to which characters know each other, or how well. Especially when something significant happens to one of them. If Knock Out is shown acknowledging Breakdown's death in any way, TFP will have my goddamn respect.
>>35449870>Was Breakdown chosen by Megatron to go with Dreadwing? Most likely, or he chose himself. After all, aside from Megatron, he's the only brute fighter on the Decepticons. >And was this whole thing a plan to actually get both Airachnid and Breakdown killed?Megatron has no reason to want Breakdown dead.
>>35450012>he's the only brute fighter aside from Dreadwing on the Decepticons. Whoops
>>35449986Hell, with my luck in liking minor characters, Knock Out won't even been in the fucking episode when SynthEn is brought back up.
>>35450012I think Megatron would want Breakdown dead because of how he sees Breakdown as such a failure. Yes after all the stuff Megatron lost his actions will have to be more calculating but why bother keeping someone around who he sees as useless.
>>35449870Maybe, after all, Megatron shrugged off Dreadwing nearly getting killed by Optimus last week. Megatron just. don't. give. a. damn. But, then again, he has no explicit reason to want Breakdown dead, outside of thinking the man is dumb.
>>35449781The truth is... all the Autobots found Blurr really annoying... secretly, they were glad he was gone!
>>35450323That seems plausible, but I don't see Megatron thinking of Breakdown *that* much of a failure and wanting him dead.If anything, killing off a (loyal) member is one of the last things you'd want. I'm sure he doesn't really give a fuck that he's dead, though.
That... buzzing... when Airachnid found the Insecticon hive....That... horrible... buzzing...
>>35450697You've never been to a beehive, I'm guessing.Buzzing is adorbs.
I have a theory In beast wars, megatron called tarantulas spawn of unicron as a swear, but fans latched on to it especially since tarantulas had "other origins". Airrachnid and the insecticons are related and now the earth insecticons are waking up for some reason. (they seem to have called airachnid to their location)I'm wondering if airachnid and the insecticons might actually be of unicron's lineage (writers caught up on this aspect of tarantulas from the wiki and decided to run with it), and his awakening is why the insecticons are waking up on earth (and still survive on cybertron despite dark energon corruption)
>>35451317That doesn't make any sense. Airachnid is Cybertronian, and Unicron was off across the universe being the grit in the pearl of our planet for a gajillion years.
I just want to say that I loved gladiator Megatron in this episode
>>35451317Although I like the imagery that maybe Unicron's defeated body was thrown out into space with the carrion eating it, and eventually the Insecticons burrowed to the surface, I'm inclined to agree with >>35451447Unless the Insecticons followed a very unlikely case of "parallel evolution" where the Insecticons on Earth and Cybertron just happen to appear the same. Doubly likely if Shockwave is responsible for their current form.Either it's another vermin ship cracked open like with the scraplets or Decepticons seeded them on Earth for some nefarious reasons they later entirely forgot, or (again rather unlikely) they've been chilling out in space and landed on Earth just to feast. Or maybe Unicron's mind calls to lesser vermin even if they aren't infected with his blood.Hmm. Or these Insecticons became infested by eating Dark Energon that was tainting Cybertron and Unicron was able to summon them? That's ... possible.
>>35451640Agreed wholeheartedly.I kept thinking at the time how stupid Airachnid had to be thinking a single Insecticon could kill Megs. He used to EAT the fucking things. Well, probably not literally but ... Even with the handicap she inflicted on him with webbing. There were a couple things that bugged me about this episode. Pun not intended. It was AWESOME but it still had some weird moments. Breakdown only had one arm trapped and a FUCKING SHOULDER MOUNTED PEWPEW CANNON. Plus he's a bit thick to imagine she could pierce him enough to kill him with the first blue. I don't know, maybe she took his head off first but these thoughts didn't help considering how unfittingly easy and offscreen his death was. It's about as believable as WEBBING stopping Megatron from firing a his fusion cannon. Wouldn't the blast have vaporized the webbing? Sheesh.
>>35451140firing a highly explosive device plugged up is probably not a good ideaalso: note that this isn't just any web, it can restrain dreadwing and breakdown. i don't think you want to fire into it at close range.
THE LEGEND OF CREEPBEECREEPBEE VS THE DOCTOR OF DOOM-ENDGAME-http://eruspertempus.tumblr.com/post/20271629468/creepbee-vs-the-doctor-of-doom-endgame
>>35452116Point is that the cannon is energy based. The heat alone should have rendered the problem moot. I will concede that her webbing is special. Though it still seems unlikely, it does move this issue slightly back towards the column marked "willing suspension of disbelief". Her webbing has been cut and even broken free of using simple vehicle mode, I'm having trouble believing it has incredible anti-laser qualities. But what the hell I could be wrong.
>Ghost-Breakdown: "You said the puns would work!">Silverbolt: "I said -A- pun."
I didn't cry as I saw Breakdown dyingI was too absorbed staring at the screen shouting>WHAT?WHAT?!>WTF HAD JUST HAPPENED?but I really loved the fight choreography in this episodeespecially the way Airachnid used her smaller body to evade the shots and crawl around the trees,>very animalistic (airachnistic?)and how she used her drill-mode, more than usual, actually a lot of this episode reminded me about (sci-fi) horror stories, paired with thrillerI always knew Airachnid wouldn't stay long with the Decepticons, she values her independence>>35452538maybe it clogs up the canons?maybe it's like bubble-gumand now Airachnid is an insecticon-queen
>>35451140>>My head is bubbles!
>yfw airachnid will never get punishment for her actions
I CAN'T HOLD ALL THIS NOSTALGIA
>>35452754So getting curbstomped by Soundwave doesn't count?
>>35452822Why would you you want to? That shits mint in box, stop getting your greasy fingerprints all over it!
>>35452876All this proved was that Megatron sent in the wrong warrior.Seriously, what is Soundwave in this series? Megatron's personal VCR/nanny cam for is troops? Dude's been by Megatron's side since their gladiator days. Does Soundwave just not want the job or what?
>>35452665I don't watch this show but this pic has me interested. what's the context behind it?
>>35452019Seeing Megatron's gladiator past be acknowledged so heavily, and to have him have a sort of pride and identification with it was really cool. Good to see that sort of detail with Megatron.Another thought, as we've been saying, Optimus was probably gonna take that shot. I'm reminded of Rock Bottom wherein Jack confronted Megatron in a cave with a Decepticon driller and refused to ram Megatron with it "Because it wasn't what Optimus would do, not like this".Well Jack... things change...>>35453047Soundwave is lazy!
>>35453057In Airachnid's introductory episode "Predatory" she is shown to travel to alien worlds, hunt the populace, and keep some heads as trophies inside her ship. She spends the episode trying to kill Jack Darby, the central human protagonist of Transformers Prime. She, of course, fails. But, this is a "what if she'd succeeded" fanart for the episode.
>>35453066This show has a weird habit of going back and forth on Optimus' feelings about Megatron. From his, "We finish this now once and for all," duel in One Shall Fall to Optimus being revived, surrounded by everyone on his team but Ratchet, and Megatron is alone ... and Optimus calls for retreat.Honestly it's sort of a moot point because they will do, or ALMOST do, whatever the show needs them to do for dramatic purposes, but still leave the status quo intact enough that there can still be a new episode next week. Not really sure what my point is beyond I'm not entirely convinced Optimus would have one it. Lot of mixed signals in this show.
Have you guys ever wanted an idea of yours drawn? Now's the time, man. I'm kind of spread out, but I'd love to see what I can do with the Transformers. I do charge. If you want, I could whip up some something so you can be sure you're it'll be worth it.
Breakdown is now a Digimon, and as such, can re-hatch out of a digi-egg.All is right with the world.
>>35453214'Eeeeeeyyyy good lookin'
I find Airachnid TOO unlikable. Not even in a "love to hate" way, I dislike her so much that I almost become disinterested in watching when she's on screen.
>>35453282Optimus has, for the most part, been horrendously devoted to his morality and ideals. Considering that he went into dad-mode and said "killing anyone downed, weak and defenseless is bad," he HAD to stay consistent, especially with his team watching, even though it's true, he could have ended it all there. That's always been one of Optimus' character flaws, and it's a good one. He's an idealist, and tends to focus on his ideals more than what "works" in battle. Even with his prowess and intelligence, he wants to posit that Autobots, and himself as a Prime, stand for the utmost level of morality. He wouldn't let himself compromise, even when it was for the benefit of all others.
>>35448266To be fair, they were ordered to do so.Remember that Breakdown actually kinda liked Airachnid, but she always ragged on him (and everyone) and it got him angry.Dreadwing and Breakdown were sent there specifically to terminate Airachnid for her previous betrayal, and obvious upcoming betrayal.
>>35453628Oddly enough, I still have the same views for her (ie. not likeable nor unlikable) despite killing what essentially was my robo-husbando. I'm just more upset at how the writers handled Breakdown and his death. And qq'ing at the fact that he's dead.
I just wondered what if Airachnid had once been an Insecticon?and what if she somehow gained an higher intellect and self-consciousness?her sadism is actually her insectoid-side, it's why she also collects heads;it's her instinctive behaviour to collect heads to eat them in times of emergency , a remain of her "old days", and it explains why that one Insecticon followed her, he saw in her an Insecticon, what she had once been
>>35453678I've been under the impression for some time that the reason Optimus sets such a high example of himself is that he is actually afraid. The autobots have been fighting for Primus knows how long by this point and there are constant signs that his younger troops, especially Bulkhead and Arcee, are prone to displays such as ruthlessness, vengeance, and even casual disregard for the well being of others (Bulkhead has a thing about not wanting to help humans he thinks are jerks, coughfowlercough).Optimus is putting extra stress on himself and his cause by not doing the things that might end the war but betray the spirit of his beliefs, because he feels he cannot for the sake of his own autobots. The longer the war lasts the more similarities between the sides are developed. Optimus is afraid if winning the war means becoming just like the decepticons - in any way - then that victory is meaningless. In short he wants more autobots like Bumblebee and less like Wheeljack. So kid-friendly and silent versus violent/reckless.
>>35453628That's kind of the point. She was essentially introduced to not only give Arcee a rival, but also to make Starscream seem less bastardy. without her, the decepticons would have been a far more stable unit since Starscream left. She basically needed to be involved to keep things volatile. Now that breakdown's gone, and she's her own faction, and starscream is still out of the picture, meg's team consists of himself, Dread, Soundwave, & KO.From the sound of it too, we won't get a new decepticon character for awhile, things are certainly getting stacked against the decepticons.Prime, Bulk, Ratchet, bee, Arcee, jackie versus Megs, Dreadwing, Knockout & Soundwave. From what we've previously seen, KO is fairly easily handled solo, which leaves 5 versus 3.
>>35454471What you're say is, the more seasons that Prime gets, the more face-heel turns we'll get?In the end, it's just Optimus and Ratchet in the base.
>>35454540as more time goes by, it looks like Starscream might completely join the bots, simply getting tired of being backstabbed, hunted, and jerked around. the very least he would be an ally in taking out megs.
>>35454540>Prime, Bulk, Ratchet, bee, Arcee, jackie versus Megs, Dreadwing, Knockout & Soundwave.+ ship+ 100s of drones
>>35454750>100s of dronesof which about 25 of them were blown through by 3 autobots this episode.Seriously, cannon fodder doesn't BEGIN to describe them.
>>35454811How the fuck can they even afford all those drones anyways
>>35454811Didn't everyone have trouble against even a small group at the start? You could say they're getting better at fighting, but after all those centuries of war, I doubt a few months would do that.
>>35454930Because plot.
>>35454930soundwave births them he and megatron have a cave like the insecticons do but it's eradicons instead
>>35455131That explains why they haven't overthrown Megatron yet.
>>35454930Now that I think about it, what about the (possibly hundreds) of dead drone bodies laying around? Can't MECH just use those instead of Autobots and non-drone Decepticons?
>>35454471Indeed. Optimus is an ideal, living in a world full of individuals. Ideals don't always have practical application in reality, or work under all circumstances, but Optimus is still going to try, in spite of resistance from his soldiers. >>35454540It seems like a lot of the first bit of S2 is essentially cutting the legs out from under Megatron. In S1, he's an insane badass who has connections to Unicron and seems completely confident and unbeatable. However, his arrogance and inability to hold on to the ideals of his cause, or show genuine respect for his soldiers (things Optimus does) are biting him in the ass and causing his team to fall apart.
>>35454641Not exactly what I was thinking. There may have been some stumbles but no one had actually fallen. Often only the thought of "What would Optimus do?" (hint, that would look GREAT on a tshirt) that made the wayward autobot choose a better path. Except for the time Bulkhead saved Breakdown and just cared that he won the rematch. Close, though.I see this as more Optimus trying to maintain a spiritual victory, but it may ultimately be pyrrhic in nature. Sticking to the moral high ground is prolonging the war and increases the odds that one day fewer members of Team Prime will make it back to base. They're being ground down to nothing. But if Optimus compromises on his values, tries to win by, say, lobbing an armed Spark Extractor through the ground bridge onto the Nemesis, well, he loses too. It's kind of fucking depressing to say the least.
>>35455313Those are all dead, so technically their organs would be dead as well. Like the T Cog and the optic they stole from Breakdown.
>>35455869Well, I'd happy gas the room that contained all of histories worst war criminals.
>>35455882Hard to say what constitutes as "dead" for biomech parts. BBs T-Cog was ripped out, disconnected, had no power supply until Starscream showed them the magic of energon. It still functioned. Hell, it was directly *shot* and still put back in working order.Do parts "die" when the spark is extinguished? When disconnected and they run out of energon? Damned if I know.It should be noted however that Ratchet at least saw the practice of taking another bot's parts as "ghoulish". - so even at this point in the war they are disinclined to using "battlefield recycling" for spare parts. A willingly given donor organ is fine, though. Not sure how the Cons really feel about it, even despite what Ratchet said.
You know, there's got to be a line sooner or later when Fowler says that the governments of the world want the Decepticons GONE.I mean, now we have a swarm of giant robo-bugs. I mean, when is enough going to be enough?
Right now, I think both Starscream and Arcee want their suhweet revenge on Airachnid, which will, in season's finale, lead them to eventual teamwork. Perhaps something like 'Rock Bottom', caved in the Insecticon hive, away from their allies, but they keep on pushing, to finally kill off Airachind (who will be actually eaten by insecticons, just like Scar in TLK). Teamwork, fight, honor happens, they escape panting. Finally, after all this drama, Arcee accepts Starscream, forgives him and invites him to Autobot side. And he says yes. Yay. Next season would be him, fighting alongside with 'bots and shit, not being trusted enough, all that jazz and in meantime, actual plot.also: - You're grounded?!- Yes ;-;
>>35455958And that's why your not a Prime.Well, one of the reasons.
>>35456088Yeah, a Prime just lets a war criminal invade an alien world to continue its genocidal war.So, yes. I'm not a Prime because I'm not that idiotically idealistic.
some of you need to tell yourself it's just a show, you really should relax
Where can I find links to episodes, guys?I am new.
>>35456858Torrents and DDLs are in the TFW2005 forum, youtube link is>>35449095
>>35456052There does seem to be a certain social protocol surrounding this. For as evil as Megatron is, Ratchet still notes he wouldn't cannibalize dead parts. Therefore, neither would the Autobots, presumably.
Now THAT'S a custom!
Hmm... Dreadwing continues to be the most sensible Decepticon ever. Good, good...
>>35457161>>For as evil as Megatron is, Ratchet still notes he wouldn't cannibalize dead partsAnd yet, Megatron made a point of reprimanding Dreadwing for failing to recover Breakdown's remains, which begs the question of exactly what he would have done with those remains if they had been recovered. Then again, it also begs the question of why Megatron even gives two shits about Breakdown's dead ass, especially when he had absolutely no qualms about leaving him to his fate when MECH captured him the first time. Then again, he could have just been looking for any reason to bitch out Dreadwing for failing to snuff Airrachnid, and that was as good an excuse as any.
>>35458027The only rationale I can think of is: A. Megatron just likes to tear into his subordinates for no good reason.B. Megatron doesn't want the corpse of one of his named guys just lying around, if he can help it. Had Breakdown been captured/murdered, that would be one thing, but to be lying out in the field is another. The Autobots could see it and realize he was down a named solider.
>>35452754Instead, she gets an army, like she wanted at the end of season one. Then again, this is her highest point, and I don't see her going back down after this, so she'll probably die at the same time her Insecticon henchmen are wiped out.
>>35458109>>Megatron doesn't want the corpse of one of his named guys just lying around, if he can help it. Had Breakdown been captured/murdered, that would be one thing, but to be lying out in the field is another. The Autobots could see it and realize he was down a named solider.Because covering up the death of the guy trained to use the Decepticon's power-buffer is totally a priority when one of your former lieutenants has been AWOL for months, and you just fired your most recent second-in-command by putting a hit out on her.Besides, it's not as if it would make any difference. With as few named, non-Vehicon troops as Megatron's got at this point, it's not going to take long for the Autobots to notice that certain faces just aren't showing up at their battles anymore. Starscream's gone, Airrachnid is gone, and Soundwave almost never leaves the ship, anyway. If it wasn't for Dreadwing showing up, Breakdown and Knock Out would have been the ONLY guys they had to send out and actually do shit, and once one of them stopped showing up altogether, somebody on Team Prime would have figured out why.
i love how many times Megatron said omething about surprised.i kinda wish someone would draw a Surprise Party for him when he gets back to the base.
>>35460188
>>35456381You must be knew here because if this seems tense and too serious you must have never seen a BWtroll moment.Dear god, I envy you.>>35459888I don't know. The Autobots made ridiculously short work of, what, over a dozen jetform Vehicons? I don't care if Bulkhead said it was intense or whatever, truth is they just stood there, not even bothering to take cover, totally surrounded, and won. 20 to 1 odds? Doesn't matter against a mook squad.Conservation of Ninjitsu be damned, he really NEEDS those named troops. It's a deeper loss considering that Breakdown and Knockout were a bit of a battle-couple. Yeah, I know, I'm using tropes. There's a reason tropes exist.
Was it ever explained where Wheeljack was? I'd have thought they'd have called him back if they were planning to take on Airachnid, but he isn't even mentioned, though I suppose that humans could have been showing him around Earth a bit.
hey TFG I brought you a present.
>>35461773You'll get yours, spider-cunt.
>>35461773Ripped apart by Insecticons, I'm sticking to that theory.Probably as a cavern collapses around them. While she screams "ARCEEEEEE!" and so on.
