I love my old VHS. It had been my dad's. It was made in the late 70s, and is like 90% console. The deck itself is in the center of the top and pops up, but it's positively tiny compared to the rest of it. I've dropped that thing down countless flights of stairs and it still works fine.

We had a top loader Betamax, niggo. Shit was huge, that thing barely fit in the table we put it on.

The reading heads became dirty easily, and since dad had to leave for weeks due his job, I learned to open the thing, take a cloth an alcohol, and clean it like a pro. It was piss easy actually.
