I hate it when authors write characters saying exactly what they are thinking, or ham-handedly display the author's beliefs.

What I can gather after 4 pages: the author is a lesbian and thinks all men go hogwild at the sight of girls kissing, that the author considers herself a "hippie", and that she smokes at parties but thinks it's okay because it's not a habit.

I hate this person.
