They should extend the Adult Swim type format to regular program. Cut deals with other networks so they can air cartoons like South Park, Simpsons, Futurama, American Dad and the rest. Then they reinvent themselves in more of an adult image. First things first, get Adult Swim it's own channel. Not give it a higher budget or make better cartoons for it or anything like that, just get it on another channel! Let it fend for itself rather than just sit there playing low brow stoner shows all night sucking the life out of it's host CN.

Then, with all that extra space on the time slot, set up a decent schedule make more new shows. Shows with decent writing or an actual budget for the animation.

Spice it up with making more than just Spongebob 2.0 shows. Have some good action shows in there.
