Good Ending: Arnold follows in his parents' footsteps, and becomes a great explorer and activist. He learns the fate of his parents, and even if they aren't alive, he isn't any worse for wear. After all, he had the best grandparents any boy could ask for. He marries Helga, who by now has adopted a more feminine look, and they are both happy, knowing that they have each other. His life as an explorer is rugged, dirty, and often dangerous. But he's doing some real good in the world, and to Arnold, that's all that matters. He and Gerald are still best friends, and he keeps in touch with the rest of the gang through email, and frequent get-togethers are funded by the very wealthy Gerald.

Bad Ending: Arnold marries Lila. For all the wrong reasons, and this drives Helga to kill herself on his front lawn. He reads the note she left for him, and it all makes sense. Why else would she have gone so far out of her way to torment him? Now his true soulmate's blood is on his hands, and he just can't stop feeling guilty about it. He grows ever more distant, eventually divorcing Lila, and in the far future, he dies alone, wondering what could have been.

Prison

Good Ending: Being the budding young entrepeneur he is, Gerald plays the stock market, and eventually becomes the CEO of GeralCo, a huge corporation. He becomes one of the wealthiest men in the world, but still donates millions to charity every year, and SEVERELY punishes executives who give themselves little "bonuses" during the economic crisis. Despite being in a different part of the world, and choosing a different career path, he and Arnold are still Best Friends Forever, and keep in constant contact. He also funds Arnold's daring expeditions, knowing that if anybody can make the world a better place, it's Arnold.

Bad Ending: He ends up joining a gang, develops a "kill whitey" attitude, and after being found guilty of multiple counts of assault and drug trafficking, spends the rest of his days in a maximum security prison, where he is eventually shanked during a prison riot.

Good Ending: Helga eventually confesses her love to Arnold(in the lousy movie), but they still have a bit of a love/hate relationship. But now they both know it's done out of affection. After all, kids their age get teased if they act all... tender. As they hang out together, they realize how much they have in common, and realize that being lovers doesn't mean not being friends too. Once they get out of middle school, they no longer need to hide their feelings for each other. And once they both finish college, they get married. Gerald is the Best Man. Helga follows her beloved Football Head on his journey to the far corners of the earth. This is everything she's ever wanted in her life. She now has a family that truly cares about her, she no longer has to hide her emotions, and she finally upstages her goddamn perfect sister Olga when she and Arnold find the cure for cancer in the rainforest. Let's see Olga top THAT!

Bad Ending: Arnold marries Lila. Her love, her feelings, her whole LIFE... it's all been for nothing. She ends up shooting herself on Arnold's front lawn, leaving a note for him on her back. "You were everything to me, Arnold... I hope you have a happy life with Lila. --- Helga G. Pataki"

Good Ending: Both Phil and Gertrude live on for another couple decades. Gertie is still nutty with periods of sanity, and Phil still has serious trouble with raspberries, but they get to see Arnold grow up into a fine young man. They attend his wedding. Gertie cries, and throws ice cream sprinkles instead of rice. And when they read the newspapers, they glow with pride every time they read about Arnold's exploits in the jungle. Neither of them fall victim to Alzheimer's. When their time finally comes, they die peacefully in their sleep, without any pain.

Bad Ending: Gertie finally listens to the voices in her head, and after a horrifying chainsaw massacre of everybody in the apartment building, she is hauled off to an insane asylum, babbling all kinds of nonsense every day, and sleeping in a padded cell.

Good Ending: Phoebe pursues a career in medical science, and graduates as the most distinguished in the faculty of Science. She is now Gerald's wife, and has a very important job as the head of GeralCo's medical research division. She's still a bit intimidated by Helga, and often has to do favors for her(even though she has no real obligation to), but she is a very highly respected scientist. Now she analyzes and conducts experiments on the samples and specimens sent from the jungle. She's already discovered several new treatments for various diseases with the samples that Arnold and Helga have found. It's only a matter of time before she finds the cure for the Big C!

Bad Ending: Phoebe continues to be a complete doormat, and without any confidence or aggression, she doesn't take the initiative to apply for many jobs. She is still a scientist, and she still makes decent money, but her most groundbreaking discovery is a new formula for color-friendly laundry detergent.

They lived their lives mostly like average kids do, they had families and they died happy or alone depending on the kid. That was their fate, to be just like everyone else.

Good Ending: Harold has always been a food enthusiast, especially where meat is concerned. He lands his first real job as Mr. Green(The Butcher)'s assistant, and eventually takes over the butcher shop when Mr. Green retires. Under Harold's care, the shop becomes more successful than ever, and becomes the supplier of meat for the finest restaurants in the city. He also loses a lot of weight and gains a lot of muscle from constantly hefting and cutting beef.

Bad Ending: He ends up where all uneducated, unskilled mooks end up... as the manager of the local McBurgerland. At least he makes enough to buy the services of a hooker on weekends.

Good Ending: Rhonda eventually learns that as long as she relies on material goods for personal fulfillment, she will lead a very pathetic, contemptible lifestyle. Instead of sticking with the latest trends, she decides to be creative and find her OWN style, and eventually becomes a successful fashion designer. She also ends up marrying Harold. He's a bit of an oaf, but he's sincere and honest, and that's more than she can ask of the wealthy socialites she has to work with.

Bad Ending: She ends up spending all her Daddy's money, and desperate to keep her rich-girl's lifestyle, marries a billionaire hooked up to numerous oxygen tanks, covered with liverspots and bypass surgery scars. Thin, bristly white pubic hairs like freshly fallen snow... wrinkles in places where there shouldn't be... no wrinkles in places where there SHOULD be... She spends 4 hours a day in the shower, crying desperately out and scrubbing herself raw.

Good Ending: In another failure to stalk Helga, he meets another girl with breathing problems just like him. They end up getting together and eventually marrying.

Bad Ending: Sees Helga with someone else. Kills himself

Good Ending: After extensive psychiatric help, Curly learns not to take everything so personally. Now when he is inconvenienced slightly, he takes it in stride, and when others are genuinely malicious towards him, he deals with it in an assertive, but non-violent fashion. He also takes weekly medication to keep him from acting on impulse, as he often tends to do. He lives a normal life as an accountant, and keeps mostly to himself. This is probably a good thing, since he's quite antisocial.

Bad Ending: After Harold steals his dessert at lunch one time, Curly finally loses it. Having his pencil stolen, being denied his place as Ball Monitor, and now having his lunch ruined? THIS IS THE LAST STRAW! IT'S THE WORST INJUSTICE IN HISTORY. He grabs a machine gun and a backpack full of ammo, and during a school gathering in the gym, he opens fire, taking down dozens of other kids, and then himself.

Good Ending: Eugene picks up a copy of "The Secret" in the library, and upon reading it, learns that as long as he continues to expect and even ACCEPT terrible luck, it will continue to follow him wherever he goes. With renewed confidence, he manifests a new reality for himself... one where he isn't a jinx, and eventually he's actually considered to be GOOD luck. He lives a reasonable, pleasant life as a safety inspector, and has lots of friends. Life is good!

Bad Ending: He dies in a car crash on the freeway... along with the other 137 people in the mass collision. 73 people had to have limbs amputated, and 52 were paralyzed from the neck down. Once the police and ambulances arrived, the freeway collapsed, killing them, and even more people below. Their corpses were so badly pulverized that only those carrying wallets could be identified. They say you can still hear the screams.

Good Ending: Stinky never was all that bright, but he was a country boy at heart. He leaves the city and enjoys a simple, rugged lifestyle as a farmer. He enjoys his work, has a sweet little wife, and goes fishing on the weekends. Sometimes he even hosts barn dances for the old gang. His favorite song is "The Simple Things" by Mr. Hyunh.

Bad Ending: Same as above, except he marries his cousin, and has half-retarded inbred kids.

Good Ending: Chocolate Boy still eats chocolate, but only as a very rare treat on special occasions. He has also kicked his radish addiction, and is a successful social worker who helps to rehabilitate people with severe addictions, just as a certain football-headed friend did for him so long ago.

Bad Ending: The thrill of chocolate and radishes isn't enough for him... and he starts to experiment with other drugs to numb his emotional pain. He eventually dies of a heroin overdose.

Good End: none
Bad End : There is no end.

Good Ending: Lila moves away, no longer infecting the place with her rage-inducing perfection. She ends up marrying a lawyer, no longer lives in poverty, and the gang doesn't hear from her again.

Bad Ending: SHE MARRIES ARNOLD.

Good Ending: Sid loves animals, no matter how small or slimy they may be. So he ends up landing a job at the local zoo. It's filthy, smelly work, but eventually he climbs the ladder and becomes the owner of the place. And of course, he has his own private aquarium where he can visit his scaly and amphibious friends.

Bad Ending: Germs... GERMS! Everything is covered in filthy germs!! Sid eventually suffers irreparable brain damage by spraying too much ammonia cleaner in an enclosed space. Now his body will rot, be a home for all the creepy crawlies and parasites he so hated.

Good Ending: Torvald's low intelligence has given him a rather hard life. He found work as a bouncer at a night club, as a construction worker, and various other jobs that require muscle. One day, he sees a woman getting her purse stolen by some ruffian. And ferociously chases the jerk down, plowing through every obstacle thrown in his path. This incredible feat of strength and athleticism is witnessed by a football coach, and Torvald becomes one of the greatest NFL quarterbacks in history.

Bad Ending: He ends up working as hired muscle for the mob, and is sent to jail for multiple counts of assault and battery.

Good ending Helga: Realizes that her sick obsession with Arnold is no good and entertaining these idealistic fantasies is slowly causing her to go insane. She stops being psychotic and moves on, becoming a doctor and changing her name to Elliot Reed to escape her psychotic family and trying to live up to her own standards, not Olga's.

Arnold: Eventually realizes that he wants to help people, since he's a key ingredient in trying to make other people happy. He becomes a doctor and changes his name to John Dorian.

Gerald: Becomes a surgeon after his fantasies of being a major head of business is jaded by his family and assorted scams he ran into. Works at the same hospital as Arnold, but also changes his name to escape his rough business pass. He's now Christopher Turk.

Bad End: Obsessed with perfection, she reaches a total burnout by the age of thirty. Her depression sends her into a downward spiral affecting her weight, health, and mood and by forty she is a crazy cat lady.
