For a LAN party, I'd say make a bunch of little sandwhiches. You can nom while you play, and you won't get grease or anything all over your shit if you're careful about what you put in them. Nothing too gloppy and you should be fine.

make some wings. and since you're already going to have a vat of oil, make fries too. and any other fried foods you wouldnt normally make.

Big pot of chili, bro. Hearty and you can eat it with a fork so you don't get your hands messy. Saute some onions and garlic and maybe a few hot chilis in the grease, then brown some meat with chili/cumin/oregano/basil/red pepper flakes/whatever. Then combine it all with diced tomatoes, a can of beans and a can of beer, and let that shit simmer while you game. When you get hungry scoop on some sour cream and/or a cheddar/monterey blend, or even Fritos.
