had walnut-crusted salmon, lentils, and baked acorn squash last night.
Today we're going to have palek paneer, this awesome lentil dish, and
curry cauliflower. Tomorrow is blue cheese and sundried tomato stuff
chicken breast with an apple, walnut, brandy reduciton, steamed Brussels
sprouts, and spinach salad.
I write my meals out for the week so
that I don't have to rely on shit convenience foods if I'm busy or out
of ideas. Not everyone eats shit food |
