alternatly, here's a quick way to make danish-style pancakes:

eggs - 1/2 lb flour - 1/8 gallon milk (1/2 liter) - mix up till no
flour chunks - get ladle, pour a ladle-full onto hot frying pan
(experiement with butter or oil to lubricate as need be, if you have a
good non-stick pan you might not need any) - flip once - serve hot with
whatever you like |
