Ramsay's obviously a genius and cares a lot about what he does. I suppose you can get like that when your standards are that high, but he's told to ham it up for the US series anyway.

Hell's Kitchen is genius, most entertaining reality tv show ever. Did anyone else see him humiliate a fat guy by making him take a long ferry ride along for no reason at all? That's what Ramsay is the man.

He is pretty a culinary genius, outstanding chef and highly successful restaurant owner.

Speaking of Hell's Kitchen, did anyone watch the Season 5 premiere on Hulu? There's a couple of strong guys and girls, so we might have a male winner again, especially after that BS with Petrozza.

Only seen a like half of the second episode, but I'd say the men have the better chance of winning this season as well. What, like half of them are sous and executive chefs? Experience does count, all the past winners have been sous/executive chefs.
