Meijer has hamburger on sale 1.65 a pound right now. Pick up some Pasta too, the carbs are quick energy.
I assume you have spices? without spices you'll really need to go take the money and invest in some.
Also
eat a big early lunch 11:30 is the best, that way you digest and have
all your energy during the day at night eat a leftover.
Assuming you have spices and condiments here we go.
Day one. Pork Ramen (saute onions with pork add tomato base and spices add cooked ramen) should be a spicy asian flavor
Day two- Hamburger and Egg noodles (a Cheap mans strogenoff)
Day Three Stirfried vegies and pork with ramen
Day four Beef Bolognese and pasta serve with homemade garlic toast
Day five suffer you fat fucking bitch
Day 6 Corn+potatoes+hamburger gravy
Day 7 Left
over stew take your uncooked meats and braise in water, wine, juice,
tomatoes, whatever you have. Add some vegies you did buy a ten pound
bag of Potatoes for 1.99 right? cook and enjoy |
