OP, grilling is the last thing you want to do to a good steak, it dries
it out and you lose all the juices. Pan fry you steak in butter with a
clove of garlic rosemary and sage. Take the steak out to rest, and add
a good red wine to the pan to deglaze, then reduce. The creaminess of
the butter will make the sauce godly. |
