    I like what he said.

There are definitely celebrities (even outside of food) who have not earned their success.

Gordon Ramsay has passed the Rotten Tomatoes of food, if you will.

What that means is that a lot of people all over the world who critique food have generally agreed that his food and restaurants have merit.

He's not Paris Hilton or Sandra Lee, to be more precise.

I was watching that shitty show master chef on a stream here once, and he actually said during a contest where they had "the most beautiful" filets that well done was the hardest to cook.

And then I remembered a shitty fucking american kitchen nightmares where someone ordered a steak well done on relaunch night and returned it since it was under, and he said something to the tune of "Oy come the fuck on now wots it, well done is the easiest to cook tut tut, just leave it on the heaty wheaty char and meaty" which I assume meant just leave the steak on the grill, I don't fucking know what he was saying.

And then I remembered my life as a grill cook for 5 or so years in steakhouses where well dones were a pain in the ass, until you marked them and threw them in the oven.

So what message am I supposed to get here?

Motherfucker sears fish all day, like you know what a grill is ramsay, like they have steakhouses in england.

    >I was watching that shitty show master chef on a stream here once, and he actually said during a contest where they had "the most beautiful" filets that well done was the hardest to cook.

It is the hardest to cook WELL. It takes a bit of skill to cook well done meat so it is still moist and succulent.
