naming any names here. But two of the cooks, one of whom got fired for
being generally the slowest cook on one of the busiest stations, another
who got canned for going to get a lemonade during the middle of the
dinner rush on a Friday night (and he did this all the time, too), and
servers who will complain that the plate is too hot because it's been
sitting in the window because they were too lazy to run it, their wings
aren't floating on a bed of sauce, and "Oh, I'm sorry, they changed
their mind at the last minute, never mind that you've already made the
thing and it took you ten minutes, here's their new, incredibly
complicated order." |
